Tim is the best. My compressor was malfunctioning and he came out very quickly and was able to locate and fix the issue. I would highly recommend Tim for any of your heating and cooling needs.
Wow!!! I can NOT say enough Beautiful & Positive things about Tim at Lonestar Heating & Cooling!!!!!! He's the only HVAC person i've ever used & EVERY time i have an issue, he jumps right over & takes care of it at the most inopportune times!!!!! I called at 6 pm on a Fri because my house was 87° just to get on his list for next week & he called me back, asked a couple questions, ran over, was here about 15 mins & them said "Done". i was sitting on the floor with my puppies looking up Hotels that accept Dogs & he just said "Done"!!!!!! I'm SO Thankful & Blessed to be one of his customers!!!!!!!!!!

Tim came to our house quickly to get our AC running again. I called around to multiple companies and they could not get to us until the next day. He came that evening so we wouldn't suffer in a hot house all night! Thank you Tim for saving us from a miserable night!
Called Tim for an emergency call . Our AC stopped working and got up to 87 degrees inside and we have a 1yr old and he came out even with it being 9pm . Quickly found the issue of a bad capacitor and fixed it in no time . Would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC repair

My Name is Vickie Long. I feel I was guided to call Lone Star Heating and Air Conditioning when the blower motor began failing and making horrible noise. I called his office on the morning of a very hot and busy day for Mr. Mabry. The young lady who answered my call was super nice and understanding, and got right back with me to tell that Mr. Mabry would do his best to get out that day, but if not, he would be there the next morning. Tim did come that same day, late in the afternoon. He called before he came. He was fast, professional, knowledgeable and super friendly! He not only replaced the bad blower motor, but he also cleaned the fins on the AC unit outside, which had been neglected for several years. He went over and above what anyone else in HVAC has EVER DONE for me. He worked super fast, but was very thorough! He did more than he had to do without being asked. He treated me with respect and courtesy! He got me out of a terrible bind today,. To say his charges were more than fair would be an understatement. Thank you, Mr. Mabry.
Tim was amazing! I called for a second opinion after I was told that I needed a new a/c unit. He showed up within two hours and fixed it. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me where the problem was. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Tim!

Tim is nothing short of a miracle-worker who has come to our rescue multiple times. He is honest, and works more efficiently than anyone I’ve ever met. Don’t waste your time and money on any other heating and cooling company.
Tim is the best in service and value. He saved me $7500 on my broken air conditioner by finding a new surplus outside compressor unit in Oklahoma. I would have had to buy whole new outside and inside AC system to use the new freon had he not gone the extra step.
