Trucker Report: I was the only semi here at the time. After checking in the front glass door, I was told to back into the only dock they really have and that they will get to me when they can. 3 hours later I was unloaded and got bols. To only have one door and be a small place, I would have thought the unloading time would be faster but it was a decent delivery.

Warehouse is making moves. Theyre absolutely getting faster and faster on getting the orders out
Rude and unfriendly service. I get better service frome Johnstone even if it's more expensive.

Customer service is horrible!!! Every time I call to place an order I’m on hold for at least 10 minutes sometimes longer. The girl that answers the phone sounds like she isn’t happy and they take a long time to load up equipment being picked up. Left a message to speak to supervisor and still haven’t received a call back.
Very poor service. Female up front is not helpful at all & rude. Over 100 K in sales from our company & finally are happy to say we have moved our accounts to Robert Madden. Much better in every aspect.

They r very rude when u call and I was 1 min late....and they were very hatefull and there time is wrong it says they close at 5 but there was no one there at 4:40 and no sign saying they close at 4:30 and when I called again the lady wanted to charge me an outrageous price for after hours... Extremely disappointed....
