We have used this business for over 20 years before it was even White Rock. Smiley Universal was amazing, and nothing has changed now that it’s White Rock. Jimmy and Kevin are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and professional…not to mention always on time! We called for help last weekend (sunday), and Jimmy was here in an hour. He knew we had babies who needed the A/C fixed pronto! He took care of us and wouldn’t even let us pay him. This is a company you will want to use for all your HVAC needs and repairs. Love these guys! And Mary!

Jimmy came by day of that i placed a call, quickly diagnosed the problems with my A/C unit and charged a more than fair price for repair and parts, super friendly and absolute life saver
I had one of the larger HVAC companies in the area come to my house initially to help with an issue and all of their solutions were astronomically expensive. Not only that, but they always took a long time and after 4-5 visits, nothing was resolved. Then I found White Rock Air Conditioning. These guys are honest, they get to your home quick and their prices are reasonable (not cheap). Most importantly, they fixed my issue. I'm glad I found a reliable electrician in town.

The team works hard to fix any issues needed on AC unit. Their service tech Derek is one of the best, he treats his clients with respect, takes the time to explain what is needed to be done and does a great job. He is top notch and I recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
