Jason and his crew did a tremendous job on switching out our AC unit they were on time very professional and they did exactly what they said they were going to do great price and was very informative about what was going on with the unit before thank you Jason and your entire staff I would recommend them to anybody needing anything repaired or fixed with their AC. James just came and fixed our AC. Couldn’t be nicer, more knowledgeable if he tried. We’ve had 6 different repair people to look at the AC and nobody else could fix it. Within 30 minutes James had our AC up and running and did it with a smile. Hurry up and use him before he retires!
Jason’s Air-Tex has been our HVAC company for 12 years. They installed a completely new system in 2010, and we have worked with them ever since. They are extremely responsive to all requests, whether scheduling semi-annual checks or responding to occasional problems. In our experience, the technicians are very skilled, knowledgeable and professional. I can’t imagine working with another HVAC company. Highly recommend!

Our system is about 15 years old. The Texas summers put it to the test. Jason’s has come to the rescue with amazing speed and professionalism. They diagnosed and repaired our unit without upselling or misrepresentation. I am shouting from the rooftops, please use Jason’s for ALL your HVAC needs!!
Took care of following up on the aircodition needs when I had animal up in attack biting the wires! They fixed the problem where I wouldn't have this problem again. Thank you!

This company went above and beyond to get our system repaired. I had issues with the warranty company. Jason's Air had contacted them and got everything worked out and expedited. They picked up the parts instead of waiting for the warranty company to get them shipped. Thanks to Ashley and Patty. Then the technicians we're quick to respond and explained everything in detail on what was wrong and how it worked and was very professional and quick to get this repaired. Thanks to Jason the owner for getting the warranty company to take care of what they were supposed to. We definitely are customers for life.
Next day service, on time, quickly identified and resolved issue, offered suggestions for future improvements, office staff remarkably helpful, and professional. I will use Jason again for my own home as well as suggest him to my real estate clients! Easy 5 stars!

If you need a good ac company I highly recommend Jason Air-Tex services...not only was he here within the hour he had me up and running within 30 minutes...and killed all my wasp nests while he was here just to be nice.
Great company, customer service is courteous and professional. They arrive in the time frame given, so if you miss the knock/doorbell, the office will call you. Michael is the best! Patient and thorough with explaining everything going on with the unit and what is needed to repair or replace. Temperatures are rising and outside unit needed to be replaced as it was over 30yrs old. Michael diagnosed in the morning and unit was replaced and operational by 5pm. I highly recommend for the services and pricing.

Got this Company through a Home Warranty Service. Maybe had I been a cash customer the experience would not have been horrible. Has ended up going to small claims court to recover damages and mistakes this owner would not take responsibility for. Update::: His Insurance is not the correct Insurance and he will not return my calls or inquiries. I guess maybe his wife Kristin can help since his license is not in his name anyway. Her Companies negligence has done over 50K worth of damage to our home. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Jason’s Air-Tex is professional and prompt ! My A/C is blowing nice and cold install looks amazing . Installers were on time wore booties to keep my floors clean while installing they laid down a tarp so no damage was done to my floors while installing . I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future . Thank you Jason’s Air-Tex .
Did great work fixing my AC, and Michael (our tech that came out) was super Informative and patient while I asked him a ton of questions and asked for tips on maintaining my AC unit. Cleared out the ac condensation line, corrected an issue with my pvc to copper fitting, and the safety float switch, one month later - no issues. And thanks to his tips, I feel better prepared to keep my AC unit running with all the preventative measures he showed me. Great service all around - totally worth the cost!
I’m a customer with Total Protect Home Warranty and you usually accept bad service from their vendors But I did not. I received EXCELLENT service from Jadon’s Heating & Air. My heater went out on Sunday Dec 1, I called HOW company on Sunday and placed my order for service and I followed up with Jason’s H&A on Monday morning, Dec 2. They ( I think Ashley, thank you) said they would have a technician to arrive between 11 AM and 2 PM. They also promised a call 30 minutes before their arrival. I went to work and they did call 30 minutes ahead, thank you. Michael, a senior technician came out, checked the furnace, determined what was wrong. He said he would need to order the part and be back in one to two days. He went out to his truck and found out the parts location was only a few minutes away. He went and got the part and fixed my heater/furnace right away. I had heat in moments. Michael was EXTREMELY professional and did an OUTSTANDING job. If I ever need to use Jason’s H&A again I would love to work with Michael again. Thank you Michael and thank you Jason’s H&A. Very satisfied customer, MB Walker. Carrollton,TX.
We called Jason's Air Tex Services because our heater would not come on. They sent a tech over immediately to determine the problem. Unfortunately for us the furnace was cracked. Jason got us on the schedule and had it repaired in less than 3 days and we didn't have to suffer in the cold. They are honest, dependable, reliable and did an amazing job. No mess AT ALL. You cant even tell they were inside the house and they had to do this big job in the attic of a two story home. I would recommend them to anyone! They are respectful and care that you are stressed. Even the ladies in the office did everything they could to help us in a time where the temps dipped below freezing. If you have an AC or Heating issue... Jason's Air Tex Services in the place to call! You will not be dissatisfied. THEY ARE AMAZING
