Trenod was very communicative throughout the entire process. He provided pictures when needed and showed mechanical readings along with explaining what the readings meant. Decided to replace capacitor based on tests and his recommendation. Would definitely recommend and if needed, will use Baker Brothers again.
John from Baker Brothers came out to service our ac system. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, forthcoming and courteous. He's an asset to the company. I definitely recommend Baker Bros to friends and family when folks ask for recommendations.
Gary from was amazing and really helpful in laying out the facts and the pricing for a new coil and condenser. We really enjoyed his professional, but not salesy approach and are excited to purchase from him.
My electrician was so nice and knowledgeable! He was super helpful, and I felt like a valued customer. As a new homeowner, I was nervous about feeling judged for my lack of knowledge, but he helped me in a nonjudgmental manner and I really appreciated all his work! Great price as well.

Technicians Carson and Dustin. We thank to both of them. They did a great job. Dustin identified the precise location of the slab leak we had and came up with alternative solutions. He applied the best solution appropriate in our case and the result was perfect. No more Slab leaks. Thank you and keep up the good work.
It wasn't perfect, but the technician was responsive & professional in his approach. Once he had the right part he was able to solve the problem. I was afraid that when he showed up w/ the wrong part on Monday & left I wouldn't see him again until Wednesday, because the next day is the 4th of July Holiday. But, he found the part & returned in the afternoon. It was worth the short wait, because he changed out the part & straightened out the thermostat. Now, I'm happy to say my heat pump is cooling again. In Texas during the hot summer A/C is called life support. Oh yes, my dog Maggie Moo seconds my opinion! Roger A. Never used Baker Brothers before. Will from now on. They were on time (actually early, which I loved). Told me what was going on. What the cost was. How I can save some money. I even signed up for the Family Plan to get an additional 15% off and really have peace of mind in case something different happens and how quickly they get out to you. Great experience!
Marc was prompt and great at explaining not only what the current problem was with the capacitor but also discussed signs to look out for regarding a compressor going out in the future. He answered all of my questions in simple terms and I appreciate that he corrected the problem within a relatively short period of time! This is key since it was 90 degrees INSIDE my house (excluding the heat index)...I needed a quick and accurate solution and Marc delivered!!!
The technician was very professional. I had one water heater leaking rusty water and since both units were 15 years old he recommended replacing both. I ask about the tankless units, but the technician did not recommend them for an all electric house as the technology was it that good yet. I decided to replace both units with the traditional units. Glad I decided on replacing both units. The technician said I had a crack in the first tank and when they drained the second tank the water was rusty. Glad I made the call when I did potentially avoiding a disaster. All in, the install took an hour and a half for both units and I got a discount, so felt I got a good deal. I was dreading replacing these, but was a small price to pay for peace of mind, not to mention a 12 year warranty.
Yoel and Jesus were excellent! Yoel is energetic, polite, and does outstanding work. Great job by all of Baker Brothers staff across the board. Held and completed everything to their word. Two complete AC systems changed out same day, AC that afternoon! Thanks to their team to quickly get us into the cool!
Joshua was affable, arrived shortly after notifying me with a 35 - 45 minute notice, was courteous and professional. He identified the problem with my 19 yr. old HAVAC SYSTEM and shared his evaluations with my husband and I. What we appreciated the most were the various choices he presented paired with the consequences and risks of these choices. He was direct and pointed about cost straight away and the brand of equipment preferred by BAKER BROTHERS. Since we are lay people as to the function and components of an HAVC SYSTEM —- Joshua took the time to describe these interrelated parts and their functions succinctly. After factoring in the age of my existing system — we decided a new system would be a sound home improvement over the long term. Our tenants were equally content with the professionalism of the technician who installed our new system the very next morning. The process from the estimate to completion was top notch.

I am over the moon happy for my first experience with Baker Brothers Plumbing. I had a leaking pipe on my side of the water meter. I called BBP and within hours Jesse and Jose showed up. They quickly assessed the situation, gave me a quote which was less than I thought it would be since I’ve had this work done before, and worked diligently in the 110 degree Texas sun and got the repairs done quickly and properly. I will be sure to call Baker Brothers Plumbing for all my details plumbing needs.
I absolutely love Baker Brothers and have definitely found our family’s choice for plumbing and air home repair. They are super honest and fair and really want to give you the best solution at the best price. We used Milestone for several years before switching to Baker Brothers and just to give you an idea of the difference, Milestone quoted us $30,000 for a hang kit to balance our upstairs HVAC. Baker Brothers not only used a hang kit to balance our upstairs HVAC, they also installed new duct work, added a return air flow to my daughter’s room, fixed our attic vents because they weren’t coming on, and unclogged where our condensation was draining — $30,000? Nope! Try less than $6,000. I know I can trust Baker Brothers to do incredible work at an honest price. I’m also a family plan member and it’s half the price of Milestone’s. Special shouts to John G and Johnathan P for being awesome and expert service techs. The AC in our upstairs and my daughter’s room is perfect now — even on 100+ degree days we can keep it 72 degrees or below!
They came out the same day I called them and worked quickly and efficiently. My plumber was Dion and he was so kind and very professional! He did good work and left the place looking so clean after! Would absolutely work with him again!

Our technician Trenod was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue with our AC unit quickly and even provided tips on how to fix the issue in the future. Scheduling was a breeze, I originally set up an appointment online but was able to call and move the appointment up a few days. Getting your AC serviced quickly during these scorching summer months is invaluable! I'm thankful we can always rely on Baker Brothers to get the job done quickly.

Thomas Dean was my hero of the day. I had a new washer to be installed and the tech wouldn't do it because of the corroded faucets. Thomas from Baker Brothers was there within the hour and I am new washer ready with beautiful new plumbing. Great customer service and excellent craftsmanship!
