I used this business to clean my Ducts and I paid over $500 March 2021 and now my Ducts are leaking again and the company is unresponsive. I called the number listed with Choice Home Warranty for this business, where do they find these contractors? I feel like this was nothing short of a Con and I will report this to the BBB he should not be conducting business, he does not honor his work and obviously the work was not done but a band aid must have been place due to the fact that it did not last a year. I will see what Choice Home Warranty does about this before I cancel and report them as well to the BBB. This guy must have just needed some quick money and saw an opportunity with Choice to list himself as a LLC. Next time I will research whomever fully before allowing a Contractor to come to my home and attempt to fix anything. This was definitely a lesson for me I guarantee you that I will never get played by a Contractor from Choice or any other Home warranty ever again.
Air Generation was engaged by our warranty company to come out and investigate a problem with our AC. Was pleased that we were able to get a Saturday afternoon appointment when making a late Friday night claim. They did come out Saturday and diagnosed the problem. They said they would submit claim to the warranty company Monday morning. This was the last we heard from them. They never submitted the claim to the warranty company, and repeated calls/messages went unanswered. We have now had to start the process over with a different company which has further delayed any repairs. Our AC has been out for almost a week at this point. Very unprofessional.
Some of the worst service and customers service I have ever received. They never showed up for the scheduled appointment times, they took over 24 hours to get my insurance company information causing repair delays. I left 4 messages in the span of 3 days and I am still waiting for them to contact me. If you are in no hurry and really don't care how, when or where they show up then this is the company for you. If you value your time and money I suggest you take your business elsewhere. EDIT: When they came to finally repair my unit they changed their arrival time 4 times.
Excellent Service! Juan came to our house to service our HVAC System, he was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. My Thermostat ended up being the problem, he sold and installed a new one. He recommended a product for air purification for the entire house that’s built-in into the HVAC, I will defiantly look into it and will hire him to install it. I will defiantly be using him again whenever I have another issue with our heating or cooling system.
Amazing service, Juan was proficient, punctual and very knowledgeable..... he explained everything in detail and repaired my unit in a timely matter.. I will definitely use air generation for all my heating and air needs going forward...
