Super helpful and friendly staff.
I would like to publicly thank Mr. Kenyon Milton. He took the time to actually look for a repaired weed eater sent to store weeks ago. Many gave me the runaround before coming across Mr Martin. I thank him for going extra mile and cleaning up others incompetence. This man deserves some recognition!
Went to buy a generic generator and couldn't get waited on even after asking guy at counter for a salesperson
Nice clean store with lots of products
It was busy in there on black Friday. The item on sale that we wanted was in stock and the employees were helpful and friendly. All in all it was a good shop trip.
Single register open with a line of people, multiple people and I decided to leave instead of wait. Staff standing around watching the line accumulate was the worst part.
Won’t price match. Three other retailers selling item for $899 and they are selling for $1099. Basically ripping people off for an additional $200.
Its horrible experience that my husband and i had with manager calling cops on him because we were asking for our refund on a horsepower generator we been waiting for days to get it checked and refunded… they want to charge me 15% off our refund because we put gas on generator to use it and it didn’t even sparked to turned on… went yesterday he called cops and cops told us to take it to corporate or to civil court against him. WORST MANAGER not helpful at all.
Saw online they had a promotion for $20 off $100 spent and I asked the cashier Samantha if I could use it in store. She told me I had to order it online and wait for pick up in order to get the promotion. So I did it and when I went up to the register to pick up after waiting I saw on the register a stack of the same coupons right in front of her. Won’t be back.
Natasha and Freddy helped me, both were very professional and friendly. They guided me and provided amazing customer service.
Bad costumer service in parts and tools services area they are rude and not helping at all. It is a shame that costumer received that kind of service, it's a great store! It seems is only grumpy people whos not happy working there. Really shame.!😔 In other hand store is great,clean and very organized, cashier was very friendly she was very nice! Cashier call a guy to help me carry the box I bought, he was very friendly and helpful. 😀
Needed to find a missing part for my surface cleaner/power washer and Freddy knew exactly what my issue was and he got me in and out of the store! The lady who checked me out was also very nice! 10/10, definitely will be coming back!
Ever since they remodeled the store, there is much more selection and inventory compared to other Northern Tool stores in the greater Houston area. Will start coming to this store before I go to the Katy store

I recently purchased a pressure washer hose online at Northern Tool, used my gift card and a free shipping coupon code and received a great price. Then I received my credit card statement and good ole' NORTHERN TOOL CHARGED ME MORE ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT THAN WHAT I AGREED TO PURCHASE THE ITEM FOR ONLINE !!!!! I called customer service and told them they were in violation of the DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT and FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION laws. I have copies of both my computer screen from my online purchase and also my email confirmation showing the lower price that I agreed to pay for the item. SEE YOU IN COURT NORTHERN TOOL!!!!! Since I am over the age of 65, the violation carries a mandatory $250,000 fine. They are trying to bilk a senior citizen!

I love going to Northern Tool. Customer service is exceptional and prices on tools are very competitive. I have purchased many items from this store. The one time I had a hiccup, it was quickly addressed by the store manager and resolved.
Kenyon was very helpful in finding the items I was looking for. He has great customer service skills which is hard to find these days. Thanks Kenyon!!
Really good service and nice folks. Kenyon helped me find a hot product that was on sale. They thought they were out but he managed to find me what I needed 👍
