I cannot express how happy I am to have found this company for servicing our HVAC system. We had our spring maintenance yesterday and I was very impressed! James is very thorough. I have never had an HVAC company that I felt truly checked EVERYTHING, and he absolutely did. Over the years, other companies would be in my home for 10-15 minutes and then say, "Everything looks good." James went over the list of everything (24 items) he checked on our system with me. He even took pictures of our coil to show me that it has minor rust on it. He also showed me the mold on it and gave me a price for a UV Air Scrubber, which I scheduled to have installed ASAP. A friend of mine had an air scrubber installed a few years ago and told me that it helped a lot with her allergies. Since the mold was found, it was a must for me. Hubs gave the okay and James was able to come out this morning for the install and we are now good to go. Superior Cooling and Heating Services will be the only company we call from here on out. James truly cares about his customers. He is very friendly, honest, and reliable. And his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend!
James Sali is professional and he took time to explain all he was doing. He took pictures of problem areas and helped me on deciding what needed to be done now, versus what could be done down the road. I appreciate his honest evaluation and suggested remedies. Honest, and true, professionals are very hard to find these days. 5 Star recommendation for sure!!!

Our home warranty company sent out Superior Cooling and Heating Services for a service call. James was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He was very patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions. We are waiting on approval from the warranty company for a new system. I feel very comfortable with this company doing the work for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 01/20/2023 UPDATE: Our new HVAC system has been installed and James did a great job!!! We are super happy! (SELECT HOME WARRANTY did not pay for a new system. They gave us $150.00 toward a new one. Please beware!) AND...Superior Cooling and Heating Services offers the KwikComfort financing through Sychrony and we were approved for 25-month, zero interest financing. That was a HUGE PLUS! Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! :-)

James Sali is the very nice, soft spoken, very talented and patient. He helped us to fix our Heat pump. He diagnosed very quickly, gave best estimate and completed the job with a day. He helped us to get the evaporator coil, cleaned the system and replaced heat pump evaporator coil. He also gave us 5yr labor warranty for the work he did whoch is very nice and shows he is more confident about the work he did. He explained us what’s going on very well. I’ll be recommending him and his business to family and friends!!!

He listens attentively to what I’m experiencing with my heater and got down to business immediately, diagnosed the reported issue and recommended essential repairs without piling up unnecessary job.
