Greedy company, greedy company ,greedy company. After i wrote on YELP the review ,manager called me to justify what they charged me and told me excuses about the charges .As i understood, the company policy is :the money first ,the clients :milch cows. Response to the owners: the greed has no cure

Andy came out to view our current a/c unit. He went over options for improvement by replacing our old a/c. After carefully reviewing our options, we did purchase a new unit with Andy. We are satisfied we made the right decision.

This is my third major purchase/experience with Strittmatter's--and they never disappoint. (They put in my new HVAC system a few years ago and installed a water pressure regulator for me last summer.) Now my water heater simply stopped working. Brent came out on a Saturday morning to diagnose the issue; he was friendly, professional, and the new equipment was installed and running within a few hours. They're a great company. Highly recommend.
