I have only good things to say about Penguin Air Cooling & Heating. When I had both A/C units replaced last year (they were 27 years old!), the technicians immediately (same day) brought in a temporary unit and installed the two new units within the same week. When a unit didn't heat up during the heating period in January, Penguin sent a mechanic (Hunter) within 48 hours who did everything to my complete satisfaction. Now in mid-April when we first had temperatures above 90°, one of the units was losing coolant. Once again, Penguin sent an experienced mechanic (Francisco) who immediately made a temporary repair to ensure that it was pleasantly cool in the house again. Today Francisco was here again to repair the device with the appropriate spare parts. I was treated in a friendly manner with every contact and Penguin always informed me when the technician would be here. They followed the times given exactly.
