Davarius was great!! It was free of charge diagnostic yet he took his time to fix the issue another hvac company had messed up. Customer service was great too to inform what the issue was, they seem to genuinely inly care about customers even when they know they might not get customers
I have to give Mike and his guys a huge round of applause for the hard work they put in to getting our AC back up and running. I can't forget the women dispatchers who always kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Definitely a company worth working with for any of your needs.
Mike and his team are Top Notch. The first moment I met Mike I know, and I asked a lot of questions, he was not only a straight shooter but also a genuine guy. We have used ideal air for over a year for multiple service calls and maintenance. Time and time again they show up to fix issues correctly and timely. It is wonderful to give your business to a very hard-working and trusting team! JaPaul and Mike do a fantastic job. JaPaul is extremely professional, intelligent, and honest. He is a fantastic employee to have working for them and is one of a kind. We have used other companies in the past who have not been honest-we have never questioned the integrity of Ideal Air! My first visit from this company. I was looking for a new HVAC company that was more responsive and available than the one I left. Came highly recommended from the NextDoor forum and some close friends. The team was very polite in all phases. Answered the phone when I called, set me up a visit with multiple available times. Email and text messages kept me informed of the appointment and the service dispatch. Scooter arrived on time. He was very responsive to any questions I had, and got me price quotes for an overflow switch. Overall first impressions were very favorable.
I received recommendations through the Next Door app and Ideal Air did not disappoint. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The work for a/c tune-up will make the a/c unit work it's best. I will continue to be their customer!
While we appreciate the prompt response, professional manner in which they have gone about the appointment and communicated, the technician was inconsistent about the pricing and sounded dishonest. He offered to replace a thermostat and charged us $169 while Google for the same model shows $30-50. After we told him that we will defer thermostat replacement at this time, he then charged us with $140 + 69 for a quick attic visit. No Transparency!
Mike and his team are always professional and provide great service. Mike never tries to upsell me on anything, and is truly honest about my HVAC system needs. I take his suggestions seriously, because I know I can trust him.

I sent them a text, they called and were at the house the next day. Great service. Friendly folks and good results. Update 11/3/21-They came out and found a problem with the furnace. Fixed right away. A+ service. - just replaced one of my AC units. They did a fantastic job with great value.
As usual, Ideal Air performed excellent customer service in so many ways. Of course, great service, timely and reasonably priced. But the immediacy of their service is second to none I have ever experienced in the industry. Really good organization!
