Nathan, the tech, who came out was helpful. However, we wrote a $500.00 check for restocking fee. The next day we got a quote for a similar system from another reputable business. We saved $2000.00 with the other company and decided to not go with Harris. We were told the $500.00 check is non refundable for restocking fee. How can we be charged for something that was just ordered and probably in their warehouse anyway. Do not write a $500.00 check to this company and check around for a better deal.
Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and had a great attitude. We appreciated his work and explanation of the problem at hand. We would absolutely use this company again because of Thomas' expertise and quality of work.
Jacob was very professional and courteous to me in explaining what he was doing to check my A/C unit - checked all very thoroughly. I have used Harris A/C Heating for approximately 6 years. Always very professional and punctual in following my service contract; office personnel always very professional, also!

Video data is taken and texted to you as Harris does maintenance. Having real time data helps me make informed decisions based on their work and report that can be forwarded electronically to other decision makers too. Harris also addresses any requests, is on time, and brings shoe covers to respect others' property. Discount plans are available for future maintenance at the present appointment. Peace of mind is found in such service.

Nathan Carter is an extremely knowledgeable and capable technician. He and his crew efficiently installed a new heat & air conditioning system in a single day. His initial presentation and thorough attention to our concerns convinced us that Harris Air was the Company we wanted to do business with!
Super responsive and great to work with! Our AC went out on a Sunday and they had a repair technician out the same day to help. We had to replace the AC system which was a bummer but the technician Jose was very thorough in explaining exactly why it needed to be replaced and worked with us to choose the system to replace it with. They came and installed the new unit on Tuesday and the crew that did the install was great! They were so respectful of our home making sure to cover the floors and clean up any messes made. I will definitely be recommending Harris Air to my friends and family in the future :)
Edit: Changed to a 1 star review because of the gas lighting. Ignore the companies reply. I stand by everything I said, I have a check to prove it, the estimates were not on paper but were oral. The fact that they are denying the technician told me how much the repair would likely cost is a huge redflag to avoid this company. Original review below: We called these guys up because their sticker was on our unit from a previous house owner. Our downstairs air conditioner had just stopped working. We asked for a inspection to see what could be the problem. The technician correctly diagnosed that it was a refrigerant leak and for that charged us either 79$ or 89$ I can't remember. A reasonable price for coming to look at it. But... They wanted 250$ to actually look for the source of the leak with no guarantee of finding it. He seemed fairly sure he knew where it was and said it was most likely going to be at least 7,000$ to fix... the 79$ fee would not have gone towards the 250 dollar searching fee or towards the 7,000$ fix, or towards refilling the refrigerant. They wanted 125 per pound of refrigerant. I was told by the technician that that was cheap. Even though a brand new 25 lb jug of the refrigerant currently cost 300$ so they would basically be making a 10 times profit per pound. Honestly that was fine I guess but he would/could not give me a estimate of how many pounds I would need until he started filling it up. Though he did tell me it would be no more than 8 because my air conditioner only took 8. Others have told me he could have hooked up his equipment and told me if it was really low or a little low and imo that should have been covered by the inspection fee. They could have made up for the inspection fee with the money they would have made filling it up. We found someone else who was willing to fill it up for 80$ a pound, tell us it would be about 6 pounds before he started and even find the leak for free. (And fix it it was just a loose part)

It was nice to meet Jacob today for our scheduled maintenance before summer. He did a great job, reviewing what he checked and any issues I should look out for.
A very professional technician came out. His name was Jacob Perez. He went on and beyond working on our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and. Courteous. He was even a fur baby lover, he brought our little puppy a bone when he came in. Harris Air Services LLC to us is tops.
Jacob helped solved a power issue I was having with my smart thermostat. Jacob is professional and knowledgeable, and he was a pleasure to work with. Jacob knew what he was talking about as he made it easy to understand. Jacob ensured that the smart thermostat was operating properly.
