I used Paul and DMS Air in 2021 to replace an outside AC unit. I could have not been more pleased with that installation. Then, in Nov '22 our heater stopped working. I called Paul. He walked me through a quick diagnosis over the phone and got my heater back working in a matter of minutes. Paul, you are the best!

DMS Air is owned and operated by Paul Denman. Paul is the most reliable, knowledgeable and a friendly person that I have used for my HVAC installation & repair services. In 2018, Paul installed my two new AC units, and he did it for the most competitive price. In fact I was very pleasantly surprised when he quoted his price. He was around $2500 cheaper than the second lowest bidder. When I need any HVAC related service I CALL PAUL, and I become worry-free !!
Paul provides some of the best service we've ever had on home maintenance, of any kind. He's quick to get out to your house, fair with prices, and provides excellent customer service. My AC went down in 100 degree temps and he got is back up immediately with a whole new system, which was way overdue. His price was very fair from the start, no haggle required. We've been using him a couple years and that's not going to change. Highly recommend.
Amazing service! When I called and explained my issue to Paul he informed me that he was unable to get someone out on the day that I called. He helped me troubleshoot the problem until he could come out and fix it. After the problem was fixed he suggested things that I could do to prevent the problem from happening again. I strongly recommend using them for your HVAC needs as I will be referring them to everyone that I know. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very fair priced, and very friendly. Thanks again!!!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from DMS Air! Our ac stopped working on a Saturday night. We reached out to DMS Air and received a rapid reply from Paul with an appointment set for the next morning - a Sunday! Our ac was fixed and working again before noon! We will certainly call again for any future needs and suggest you do the same!

I have been a customer of Paul's for a few years now. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He does great work at a fair price, gets back to you promptly and is very honest and trustworthy. What more could you ask for. Oh and he is a great guy too! I had him install 2 new units for me earlier this year and his prices very competitive with other quotes I received and he then even threw in a discount on top and a few extras which he did not have to do. We had one small glitch with the install but Josh came right back to fix it the next day so all was good. I would highly recommend him!
EXCELLENTSERVICE AND PRODUCTS SINCE 2010 !!! We have been using Paul since 2010 by first installing a brand new a/c unit in 2010, in 2015 a Lennox heater, and now in 2018 a brand new Lennox a/c unit. Hands down the only company to ever use for any new installs, repairs, etc.. Honest, Honest, Excellent work and products...We will never use another company ever as long as this company is in business..Also, such a great person and so much great info about heating and cooling.. Thanks again Paul and Josh---You both Rock!!!!
Working with DMS is exceptional, Paul and his Lead tech Josh are top notch. I know that I can trust their advice, and experience to not only save me money in the long and short term, but to make sure any work I have done is done correctly the first time. I own several rental properties and have learned the value of a good service company the hard way. Cant say enough how much I appreciate DMS!
Had several services from them over the years. Owner Paul is very knowledgable and friendly, willing to help during all hours. Josh is great too, fixed our fan problem on the spot and giving advices. Charges very reasonable rates, overall one of the best service companies we've seen. Highly recommend for your AC repair and services!
I haven't had any work done by them yet but I am going to get a new system installed next month. Very knowledgeable and came out to inspect my unit and answered tons of questions for me. I got several quotes and realized that I had to go with dms air. Quality counts
Came here early in the morning. I was passed out sleeping and they patiently gave me enough time to wake up, open he door. Fixed our ACs in under an hour. Cheap, friendly, highly recommend.
