Classic Heating & Air…Perfection. Our AC went out in the heat of summer of course. I called lots of places and they were giving me appointments for a week out. I called Classic Heating & Air and the lovely lady on the phone said “Today or Tomorrow.” I was shocked at how fast they had an appointment. I scheduled for same day. Our tech Mark gave us a curtesy call (as I was told) when he was one his way. He looked at our unit and knew what was wrong. He fixed it quickly and our house was up and running again and at good price too. Double thumbs to Mark Harris. for his amazing service and friendly personality. We will definitely be using them again for any AC or heating issues.
Danny Turner and Classic, made a really tough experience, go so smooth. And got me cooling quick. Thanks yall... 6 Star company!! I would never use anyone else....
Whoever drives a white dodge ram drives like an absolute maniac. Almost rear ended me. If their employees drive this reckless, can you imagine how much they don’t care about your HVAC. Be aware!
Dak was on time, efficient, and friendly helping with our HVAC maintenance. Even took the extra time to change our filters and wash out the coils. Very appreciated, highly recommended
I have used Classic for 12 years now for our regular service as well as two new units. I had a company tell me I need a 2400 dollar fan motor. Classic came out and serviced our unit and in 10 years it never needed a motor. We moved to a new building and had Classic put in two new units for us. I highly recommend Classic for all of your HVAC needs
Called today, got service today for what turned out to be a bad contactor. Professional, great communication, knowledgeable, friendly and appreciative. Very respectful. Forget all others, this is the one and only go to HVAC company.
We used Classic Heating and Air for a repair since our A/C gave out. They came out super fast and remedied the issue. They were very friendly and professional!!
I have used Classic several times and I think they are great. They return calls quickly, they come out quickly, and the workmanship has always been good. I feel comfortable with their employees in my home. Good local company to support.
The service was for our spring/summer tune-up. Jeremy was on time and provided excellent service. Jeremy is very polite, and is a good listener. He was very knowledgeable and pleasing to deal with for our HVAC needs. As always, Classic Heating and Air exceeded our expectations.
I think Classic Heating and Air is just a great local business that cares about their customers. It shows by their effort. My first experience was with Dak who correctly diagnosed my issue during the big winter storm of Feb 2021. Next, about 18 months later Danny diagnosed and fixed some AC issues but suggested to really fix my issue long-term that I would need a new and specific system that could meet my house's needs. After running into more issues I decided to move forward with a new system. From that point on, I worked with Dak, Danny, and Dane who answered all my questions (and there were a lot of them), provided a quote, and completed the install. Time will tell how my new system performs, but the communication and service from their team has been great so far. They offer a good warranty and continual service. Highly recommend giving them a chance.
I have used Clasic Heating and Air multiple times and they are always On-Time, Responsive, and Professional. I will only use this company while I am in the Frisco area.
This is one of the WORST companies that I have ever dealt with. I used them about a month ago when my A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called them looking at their reviews and I thought they were going to help me with my issue. Long story short, I was told that the capacitor on my A/C was low and it needed to be changed immediately and they charged $400 for it. Being a new home owner, I paid them the money thinking that it was the right price for it. Little to my knowledge, the same capacitor they changed retailed for $20 - $30 depending on if you buy from Amazon or Home Depot. I started to research more on it and found out that most homeowners were paying no more than $200 for the same kind of repair around me. I was being charged twice what most people were getting charged so I called them up and the lady who picked up the call was extremely rude and told me that she couldn't help her even though her job is customer service agent and spoke very rude to me. I told her I'd post a review on the internet or call Fox 4 and report it there then she told me she'd let the supervisor of the technician know and that it would take 1- 2 week for him to return back to me. I asked if I could have his number so I can speak to him myself but she kept refusing. I gave them my benefit of the doubt and waited for 3 weeks to hear anything from them but nope, nothing. I am never using them, they treat their customers the worst and they don't care about anything other than the money. I am utterly disappointed from the customer service agent to the technician who charged for $400 for a repair that costs nearly half.
We came home to 2 broken AC units and a hot house after our vacation. We called Classic Heating and Air that afternoon and we had 2 skilled technicians at our house within a couple of hours. They were able to fix one of the units right away and came back the next day with the correct part to fix the other unit. Technicians are professional and skilled and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
Very happy with my experience! My outside compressor unit stopped spinning last night and I was getting no cold air inside. I called this morning and they were able to have someone come in a matter of hours. Mark was incredibly helpful and got it back up and running quickly. He talked me through what he was seeing and what he was going to do. I'm very glad I called them and definitely recommend them to everyone else.
I can't say enough good things about this group. I've been using them for service for years and also to replace an entire HVAC unit not that long ago. They are always responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Their monthly maintenance plan is some of the best money I've ever spent, so worth it.
So grateful for Classic Heating and Air.They had a technician here within an hour of calling and were able to complete our repair same day. Only a few hours in Texas heat without AC can be misery. They were able to get us a solution and back to cool quickly so we could enjoy our weekend. Thank you.
Had an AC Tuneup done by Montana and Jeremy today. They were on time and absolute professionals. They did a great job of explaining the maintenance that my system needs, and were timely with the work they did. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone that needs AC/Heating work done.
We had another great experience with Classic Heating and Air! I called in the morning and they were out at our house the same day. Dak Jones was on time, professional, and diagnosed the issue almost instantly. He was able to fix our issue and explained the process so we understood. Glad we choose Classic Heating and Air for our HVAC replacement. Very professional and knowledgeable guys. THey explained everything well, and installed quickly. Dak was very helpful. He came out quickly, identified the problem and even followed up after the install to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I didn't shop around, but from what I could tell from past experience, they were competitively priced, and they did good work. I will recommend Classic Heating and Air to my friends and neighbors, and will personally use them again in the future.
