Darryl Penn from Burnside A/C & Heating was hard-working, so friendly, and very professional. He worked incredibly hard for us, spending hours in the attic inspecting our system when it was 100 degrees outside, all the while making sure everything was fixed in a timely manner. He has made me and my family customers for life. Because of my experience with Darryl, I know that Burnside is a company I can trust. Jason did a diagnostic and parts replacement on our A/C. All within several hours the day after we called Burnside. We wore out several parts with the extreme heat!
Nick Dashiell was professional and competent in every manner. He was determined to find the problem causing the AC to stop working. He checked out all the possible causes and fixed the problem. He really cared about our lack of AC on this very hot day. We highly recommend Nick and Burnside AC/Heating.
We had a fan motor die on us during one of the hottest times of the year, and on a weekend no less. I called Burnside late on Sunday and left a message. They got back to me first thing the next morning and had a technician out that day to diagnose the issue and repair it on the spot. They kept me updated throughout the day so I'd know when to expect the technician to arrive. We have an older system (12+ years), so these types of breakdowns are expected from time to time, but I feel I can trust Burnside to keep it running as long as possible before it needs to be replaced.
Each and every experience I have had with Burnside has been tops in my book. After my AC went out, I quickly called and was offered an appointment within twenty-four hours. My technician, Colemon Lynch, arrived on time and quickly analyzed the issue and explained in simple terms what needed to occur. He stayed until after dark to make sure I had a cool house. Colemon was professional and super friendly. Highly recommend both the company and Colemon. Thank y’all!
Jason Sherrod was my technician. He was on time and very professional. Explained everything in detail and gave me a detail quote. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't try to get you for every dollar. I'd highly recommend Burnside and ask for Jason.
Nick was very professional and did a quick job diagnosing our AC problem, fixing it, and then gave us recommendations on preventative measures for the future. Because we called Saturday evening, we did not think we would get help until Monday, but Burnside and Nick came out within the hour and gave us back our AC system. I would recommend Burnside to anyone who needs professional help with all AC issues.
have used Burnside AC for over 25 years. Trustworthy and reliable. I don't necessarily want the cheapest but I want what I pay for to last, work well and be reasonably priced. That's Burnside....period.Abe was awesome. he was able to get the work scheduled in an extremely timely manner before it got really hot!
Called for a diagnosis of a ceiling leak that had not been able to be identified by five other companies. Nick solved the mystery.
Nick D was more than right on time. He has provided HVAC maintenance previously and he is always professional, he well explains what he has found and taken care of during his maintenance check. Burnside AC is very well represented by Nick. We look forward to Nick continuing to service our HVAC.

Both crews did a great job. They were on time, polite, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up when they left. I'd sworn off letting anyone else work on my house after several recent experiences. Burnside will always be welcome back.

Darryl was awesome. What a personable guy. My a/c went out and I thought for sure I had a refrigerant leak. He got my a/c back up and running with a simple drain clearing and it kicked on. He also hosed down my condenser outside and scheduled a bi annual maintenance inspection. I'm really happy with my experience with Darryl.

Outdoor unit issues late Friday evening. Jason came out identified the problem and the unit was back up and running within the hour. While he was here he thoroughly checked over both units, made a few tweaks, and we couldn't be happier.
Nick was our service tech. I appreciated his professionalism and informing/showing us issues that could be potentially major concerns. I definitely am requesting Nick to be our service tech for our 6 month service eval in November. Thank you Nick for your commitment to excellent customer service.
