Came home Thursday night (near to a holiday) to no A/C. The after hours tech walked me through visit options which was much appreciated. Decided to leave a message with the customer service team hoping to get an appt next day. Woke up to a text showing I was scheduled for that afternoon! JB came out, immediately identified the issue, and made the repair. He then performed the A/C maintenance I had renewed. Couldn't be more thankful for a great team and a great technician!
The last 2 visits my technician has been Lemuel. He is absolutely the best. He takes the time to explain what he’s going to do. Always on time and extremely professional. I highly recommend hiring Joplins for all your AC repairs.
I would highly recommend Bill Joplin for your A/C servicing. I had my power supply knocked out probably because of the storm and my A/C was out. Lemuel Hernandez was the technician who was sent by Bill Joplin and he was so courteous, friendly and explained the working of my unit making sure I understood what and how it was fixed. I would definitely be a repeat customer and I would ask for Lemuel in the future as well.
Donovan arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it cooling in short order. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and professional. Good job

Perfection! They were kind/hard working/efficient/thoughtful of my home/kept on working through the heat in the attic and outside and always with a smile on their faces! Fully Staffed… Bill Joplin’s employs a large staff of highly trained, qualified, and experienced technicians who specialize in every form of HVAC installation and maintenance needs. Trust… Bill Joplin’s has always maintained my equipment without trying to sell me on replace my HVAC units when a simple repair could maintain them for a few more years. I know that from experience in working with other service companies of various disciplines, without a doubt, more than half of them tried to sell me something I didn’t need rather than to simply do the basic needed repair. Consideration… When you call to make an appointment, if you have any unusual or specific needs you may have regarding the type of service you require. They will schedule a qualified staff technician who can specifically address your needs. They also will send a text as a reminder of the appointment and ask for your confirmation of your appointment. Timing and Personal Safety … Do you open the door for just anyone who may pose as a service tech? When you schedule an appointment Bill Joplin’s will text you in advance that the technician is on their way. Additionally, the text will also contain the name as well as a picture of the person you can expect to show up at your door. Our Personal Experience – We moved into our house in 2013. At the time our upstairs and downstairs units were not new, and we realized they would eventually need to be replaced. The unit servicing the upstairs finally went out. We knew both units were past their expected average life span. We also had a Mini-Split unit in one room which recently stopped working prior to this event. We called Bill Joplin’s and scheduled an appointment and outlined our need
Excellent service. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Jimmy, the technician, is personable and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem with my AC, explained the repair, and checked it for other potential issues. I've always had great service and highly recommend Bill Joplin's.
Scotty Frost was able to quickly diagnose my issue and get us up and running fast! Texas heat is no joke and with little ones in the house there’s nobody I’d trust with our AC than Bill Joplins.
Scotty Frost did an excellent job ! We are glad to have his prompt help with the capacitor and knowing our unit is still in tact . He was very polite and got right to the problem quickly!
Our AC went out during recent heat wave. Called them for emergency service describing problems. The technician was honest and said if the system was frozen he couldn’t help us until it thawed. Saved us a wasted visit. Called the next day and got an appt time- on time and very professional- solved our problem and was very reasonable price. Definitely will use their service again.
Joplin’s has always taken great care of us for over 20 years. Today was fantastic as our AC went out over Father’s Day weekend. They came to our rescue within two hours of our call and solved our problem in an hour. In this heat & humidity, on a holiday and on a Sunday. We love Joplin’s!
Justin replaced a UV light which had burned out. He was on time and professional. He took the time to explain what he did and tried to figure out what brand my 2nd UV light was. He explained there was a newer type of system available and recommended it, but he didn’t try to push us into it. He even had a small player that had 3 short videos on it that showed the system he had mentioned. Great service, great people, easy to work with. Highly recommended.

The 4.9 out of 5 rating speaks to their quality service but not their community service. Their community service goes beyond a 5 rating. They give back to the community and encourage their employees and customers to do the same. When Four Corners Food Pantry had a M&C drive they quickly stepped up, when the drive ended without reaching the 5,000 box goal they quickly donated 2,700 boxes. They care about their community, they are the type of business we should all want in our community. They are the type for which I give my business, I hope you will do the same.

I have a unit that is nine years old and still under manufacturers warranty, Joplin didn't install the the unit, but Joplin went out and got the parts needed for repair. All that I paid for was the labor and freon for the repair. Joplin's got the parts on Monday and came out Tuesday and did the repair. Jonathan the tech was able to answer any and all questions that I had. When this unit dies Joplin's will be getting my business for a new one.
We signed up for their Preventative Maintenance program, and we're glad we did. Couple of things found last year, and now Mike Gallion found and fixed 2 disconnected vent pipes. Much better knowing now than finding out the hard way. Good job Mike!
I have hired several different HVAC contractors since our home purchase 8 years ago. Bill Joplin's Air Conditioning & Heating stands out. We recently had an issue with our furnace not cooling. Their technician, Jason Ballard, was professional, very detailed, and explained everything to me as he analyzed the problem. I highly recommend Joplin and Jason.
