I own a local HVAC company and and paid $46 for a bi flow filter dryer and immediately returned it drove down the road to Standard bought the same one for $12. I get everyone has to make money but ripping off the people that keep your doors open that's just bad business.

All sorts of generic HVAC parts. I was looking for $30 brand name part. Got equal part for $11. I'm happy, and the AC is working again!
I will have to say this is one of the better businesses I go to. They always have what I need and are very friendly on top of that. They sell to the general public and the prices always beat what you would pay if you have a service tech come out. If you are a dIY person and have the skills, they have what you need at a reasonable price to keep the family happy. Happy Wife happy life. I give them full marks and recommend you give them a try if you are in the neighborhood.
Only place in McKinney that stocks and will sell to the "public" air conditioning parts. Very helpful, quick service, tested my capacitor for me and verified it was bad before selling me a new one. Very highly recommended!
