I've never used this company but I hope the driver I witnessed today is an exception instead of how their drivers are in general. This driver was in one of their trucks 6/30/2023, driving down 121 near Randolph Texas and clearly didn't pay attention that he was in an exit only lane. Instead of realizing he made a mistake and just taking the exit, he decided the smart thing to do was try to edge into my lane right next to me, essentially trying to push me out of my lane. Apparently at the last second common sense prevailed and he hit his brakes and merged into my lane behind me. His actions could have resulted in wrecking my car and injuring or killing me. Your driver needs more training and to be removed from a truck before he kills someone.
ACIS did electrical work for us. They charged $400+ for a simple junction box replacement. We were hit with surprise charges for the work as well ($49 fuel surcharge for a job less than 3 miles away, when gas prices were less than $3/gallon!!)

Frank Del Villar is a great technician. I’ve had multiple calls with ACIS where he has been the technician to come out. He has always been respectful and knowledgeable. I recommend ACIS and Frank for your HVAC needs.

First off, this review was NOT written by a fraudulent account. I used this company for one service (which went "ok"), but when I called in to ask questions about their work/recommendations, they ignored my questions and started sending me email messages asking for payment. I insisted that I would pay for everything in full... as SOON as I had my questions answered. After a lot of back and forth, they finally sorted everything out, and answered my questions, so I called to pay, but had to leave a voicemail message. I received more pushy email messages about payment. I called their accounting department, but again.. voicemail. I received a pay-on-line link, but it didn't work and refused our American Express card. More pushy email messages demanding that I pay them. FINALLY, after spending far too much of my own time chasing down their incompetent A/R Manager, Colbie, they finally accepted payment. Five months later, I reluctantly called them back to service our equipment, and Colbie INTERVENED, and prevented scheduling "so we don’t run into these issues surrounding payment again". Unbelievable! It looks like some of the "fraudulent" reviews might be very accurate.

I should have read the reviews before I call them. They billed for more hours than they did, plus trip fee. Nearly 1k spent on fuses and nitrogen. Google will find out this is not fraudulant.
They tried to bill for more hours than actually took, I spent a lot of time argueing with that, although finally they compromised, it’s time consuming
Very bad experience, just like robbing money, the technician only spent several minutes one day but they billed 1.5 hours plus trip fee. Would not consider them anymore.
They are the best in the business.
We continue to use them their technicians are skilled and knowledgeable. They also explain the issue and solution very well. Overall great service.
