Had someone come out same day to check my unit. A few days later it was acting up again and they came out same day again. Thank you so much for making sure myself and my family was comfortable! Will definitely use you guys again if needed :)
With the recent Texas shift in temperatures from mid 80s to the high 90s I came home to my house being 88 inside after a day without the outside unit running. I called my normal service group which could not see me for another 3 days. I called AAA Air and Leon came out the same evening after working a full normal day. Leon was beyond professional and is a master of his trade. He quickly identified the issue was my fan motor was starting to cease and burn out. Because my motor was a unusual style he had to order it and pick it up the next day, he helped me with a work-a-round to get my house cooling for the night. He promptly contacted me the next morning with an update on the part and came back the following evening to complete the repair. He was very personable and took great pride in performing a very thorough repair while ensuring no detail was overlooked. His attention to details such as zip-tying off loose wires and ensuring other parts were in good order are a clear indication of his great ethic. I would more than happily recommend Leon and AAA Air to anyone I know without a moments notice. I have found my new (permanent) service company going forward thanks to Leon.
I purchased two full HVAC systems in June of 2019 with a cost of ~$20K. Efficient with install but follow up has been non-existent. Initial issue with one of the thermostats and a unit not cooling. First response I was told to check the "drain line". like I have any idea how to do that. Did come out and replace the faulty thermostat with a basic lower grade thermostat. I have since had two issues which have completely gone without response; error message and currently upstairs unit quit working. I have left messages, texts, opened work orders via the website and zero response. I assume they are out of business.
My furnace went out right when it randomly dropped to 30, so I called AAA first thing in the morning, and they were there in less than 2 hours, and Jason had my heater back in running in about 20 minutes. Jason and AAA definitely saved the day. Both Jason and AAA were responsive, professional, and very courteous. I will always choose AAA. Thanks!

I called triple AAA after having AC go out to work on my unit. Told them that the air will not stay on and does not blow hard when on or cold. The owner came out fast and the same day I will give them that. He was outside about 20 minutes with my fan and got it going didnt check to see if it was on inside and charged me 325$. I go outside before he leaves and explain the air is back on but not cold and the pressure isn't there. He explained to me it's hot out and will take awhile to cool down and pulls off without checking. My unit cools my house when working to 67° in 15 minutes, so I waited. Later that day at about 4pm I called him and mind you he came out at 12pm the temp is still 84° I call the owner and he explaines it's hot will not cool down this fast. Next day and night still 84°and not blowing cold air. So the response I get is I'll come look at it tomorrow. The heat index in TX is 101°. So I call another company and these guys looked at everything and found out some issue with the pressure in attic as well as needing a new thermostat. Guess the owner of triple AAA just does quick fixes with out looking over anything to do bare minimum and pretty sure he would have charged me to come out again and get it going how it should have the first time. Second company fixed it , spent more time and gave me a run down of what they did and a new thermostat for 150$. Also no marked trucks or uniforms and got a vibe as I was being annoying when wanted him to come out and check it again. These all look like fake reviews.

AAA Air Heating and Air Conditioning did me a super solid by taking care of me surprise AC problem! I want to say Thank you to Jason and Dennis for sacrificing precious time with their family and loved ones on a Saturday to help me get my house comfortable again in this miserable Texas humid heat. I'll never use any other company again, y'all are stuck with me now!

So glad I found AAA Air! Very competitive pricing, and highly skilled technicians. They have installed two air conditioning systems now for me (both builder installed air conditioning systems died within a year of each other). Installation was quick and smooth. No issues. I would highly recommend them.

AAA Air Service was fantastic, the owner, Jason, came out immediately to fit my availability to service our AC unit and check on a possible condenser leak, confirmed the leak, took pictures of the unit and provided an honest, unbiased estimate within 24 hours for the repair work. AAA was able to get the repairs done the next week quickly, efficiently, and with great customer service, the team was quiet, friendly, and made sure to protect my flooring while moving equipment in/out of the house. I would definitely recommend Jason and the team, Deb in the office was super courteous too! Great service, great customer service, you won't be disappointed!
