David Crawley is a class act and then some…A man of character plus 38yrs xp. my a/c unit is super old, he’s done service multiple times and i’m sure it’s a lot of ppl would sell me on replacing but he keeps it fair and honest.

Jason was on time and did the routine hvac maintenance. He also recommended a code-required add on to prevent drain pipe blockage. The price was very fair for an important improvement. Very happy with AC Works and Jason’s professionalism and advice.
This is my first time using this company and it was a great experience. I called first thing this am and the lady who answered the phone was darling. She worked me in and Hernan came out. He was awesome. He figured out my issue immediately. He didn't leave until he was sure it was fixed. He was super professional and so nice. I will request him for my summer maintenance. Their fairprices were also what will keep me coming back as a loyal customer.
A/C Works is the BEST! They are so responsive and are meticulous in their work. Jason showed up promptly yesterday with a smile on his face and went right to work repairing my exhaust pipe from the furnace! The storm last week shook the house to the point of dislodging the pipe! Thank you A/C Works for another job done over and above expectations!
Jason was on time and spent about a half hour trying to track down a leak in our AC system. Ultimately he did not find the leak and recommended that I call the company that installed the system. He said that they could not do the work under warranty but would be happy to help me if we needed them to. I appreciate that he wanted to save us money. It took the company that installed the system about 15 minutes to find the leak in the system with a leak detector. We are working with the installer to get the job finished under warranty. I appreciate that AC Works was very responsive, came out quickly and worked with us to save us money. The service call was about $100.
The technician did everything he said he would do. Fast did a great job. Cleaned up after himself. Even vacuumed my upstairs. Very courteous and polite. Very good experience. Would use again. And tell other people of there services.
Reliable, honest, knowledgeable, fair, trustworthy…all words to describe My AC! They’ve replaced a unit for us in one house and extended the life of other units in other houses. Can’t recommend enough!
We feel so grateful to have found AC Works! They have incredible integrity, as demonstrated by multiple service visits the last couple years where they could have charged us for things but instead offered advice for us to fix issues on our own. This time, they replaced a full furnace and were extremely professional, kind, efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you!
When my system blower motor went out A/C Works not only responded quickly they provided a cost estimate that was half that of a locally tv advertised competitor......this family owned business are definitely keepers in my tool box!
David and his team are extremely skilled and professional. My heater quit working on a weekend. After researching local reviews, I called A/C Works. They made time to come that weekend and diagnosed the problem. The repair was quick and the cost was fair. I highly recommend them.
Wonderful, wonderful! I had some emergency repair work done by another company that made a temporary fix to get the heaters back on. In the process, they tried to sell me new heaters, telling me both needed to be replaced. I called A/c Works and they came, checked the system and said the temporary fix should work until next Spring when we’ll need to turn the A/C back on. I will be using A/C Works for all my future needs. Their honesty and integrity dabbed me more than $10,000 ! Mike M
Noticed a few days ago that my downstairs was cooler than it should be. Knowing full well that this week was likely to be busy with an impending arctic front coming in, I followed a recommendation and called. Tech was out in less than 24 hours, fixed my problem and thoroughly explained what he found (with pictures). Great experience all around. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough good things about A/C Works! My neighbor recommended them to me and I’m so glad he did! They are honest, trustworthy and real problem-solvers. After 5 quotes from other companies, I learned of A/C Works and I’m so glad I called them. They fixed and replaced parts of our a/c rather than extremely costly options other companies were throwing at me. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Extra shout out to Sam and Jason for being great! Sam spoke magic into this a/c system and my house is so much more comfortable now!!
