I tried calling multiple times and someone would pick up then hang up immediately. Very unprofessional
He ask for money up front for supplies and never returns. Don't waste your time on him.
Carlos and his assistant Bobby were timely and professional. They installed a manual transfer switch to use with my portable generator. Most electricians that I called were not too knowledgeable of the install and were extremely overpriced. Carlos offered reasonable pricing with good customer service.

He was very friendly in the beginning, then he kept asking for money without doing any work told me he needed it to buy the ac and asked for gas money I told him no then he raised his voice at me I gave him 250 dollars and he never came back to fix my ac. I call he kept hanging up on me laughing the. I went to the address and nothing was there he a layer.
El SR. carlos lo llame y llego a mi domicilio muy amable , pero después se porto grosero me colgabas las llamadas me aumento el precio es una persona mentiroso y con poca educación, el quería que le pagara todo el servicio sin hacer el trabajo y me grito al decirle que no estaba de acuerdo en pagar el trabajo si todavía no estaba hecho. Me dijo que había hecho muchas vueltas y por eso me quería cobrar más al fin no me hizo el trabajo y se quedó con mi dinero no lo recomiendo para nada busquen a otra persona que tenga buenas referencias asegúrense de leer bien cuando vayan a contratar a alguien.
DO NOT USE!!! I used them to replace a blower motor in my a/c unit that was in the attic. They made that repair but forgot to reconnect the drainage lines to furnace. Water was draining through my ceiling for 12 hours!!! Water came through the ceiling and through the restroom walls. After i informed Carlos about their mistake he said it wasn’t a big deal and that it would dry up. I told him he needed to replace sheet rock and all damages to restroom walls where water came through. He stated he would make a claim with his insurance but did not. He still has not responded to my text messages or phone calls. He has been ignoring me for over a week and now I am taking legal action! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Carlos was so awesome and answered our call at midnight on a Saturday. He was at our house in less than an hour. Our AC blower motor went out and they went the next day early Sunday morning to replace it. Not a lot of places are opened on the weekend much less 24 hrs. Grateful for that. Totally recommend the services.
After leaving voicemails at several companies inquiring about services, Carlos was the only one who called me back! He was knowledgeable and confident he would be able to fix our problem and instantly said he would be in his way over. He redirected the condensation to eliminate the leaking problem we were having and no longer need to be pumping/vacuuming out the water from a drip pan. Carlos also called back to follow up if we were having any problems with the work done. I will certainly feel comfortable calling on Carlos again for any future work needed and definitely recommend him to others. As a side note, he also helped us with some electrical questions we had and turned out fixing another problem we had by just taking the time to listen to us and provide us wi to some advice. I was foolish enough to call this guy because I was in a hurry and didn't check references. He's an older guy, never told me his name. It was a Saturday and he came out right away, for a $75 cash fee. He correctly diagnosed my electrical problem as a faulty water heater. He said he would fix it that same day for $250; $125 to be paid up front. Cash only. He told me to hurry and buy a water heater and he'd be back in 45 minutes. He never came back despite 2 more phone promises to come back that day. He never gave me a receipt. He shut off the main water valve and left it that way. He thought a 40 gallon tank was a 10 gallon tank. So I lost confidence in him and fired him the next day by phone. I asked for my $125 back. He's been avoiding me ever since. I went to his office at 4108 N. 21st Street. It's a fake address. There's another business there.
Highly recommend!! Called them at 11pm last night and within 20 minutes they showed up and fixed what they could on our outside unit. Came back today and spent hours to assure our AC was fixed. They truly went above and beyondwhen they certainly didn't have too. The nest company I've dealt with here on the valle. Even after fixing our ac, the gentleman even called to check to assure our unit was running and cooling our house down. We truly appreciate the kindness of going beyond to assure our children weren't going to suffer with the house being 90s for 2 days.

Carlos and Rogelio diagnosed the problem with my old a/c unit in no time. Carlos had the replacement part he needed with him based on what I had told him over the phone. He answered my call right away and was very polite. He was enthusiastic about helping us even though it was after 5 p.m. on Friday evening. He was compassionate about our situation and worked quickly. He removed the old part and showed me that it was no good. Before he installed the new part, he showed it to me. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will call him again if I need his services. Carolyn D
Horrible service, took my money and promise to be back with the parts to fix my a/c and never returned. Called numerous of times and phone keep going to voice mail. Text him and no return call. I would not recommend using this guy at all.
Do not call this company. The owner Carlos is a snake claims he can do a job and will leave without getting anything done. Do not use this company!!!
A service fee ? Really ? After I paid for repairs. First and last time I will deal with this place and their drunk hung over rude employees. Good bye professionalism
Where do I start ! Some guy named Carlos was drunk and showed up to my house not understanding a word that came from his mouth. I can’t believe the AC company would employee and send people like this to there clients homes.
