AVP was assigned to me by American Home Shield to replace a broken faucet. The person sent said that I broke the faucet intentionally, so the claim was denied. The faucet was old and the plastic handle broke off. Then AVP offered to make the repairs for twice what I had already paid American Home Shield.
These people are horrible. The tech came over on a Friday to “fix” a plumbing issue in my house. Supposedly the $175 charged corrected the problem. Saturday same problem, so they charged $175 again, because as the tech stated “they don’t guarantee their work” and not only did they charge again but claimed that they were waiving the additional $225 use of the camera as a courtesy (but didn’t charge the camera the day before)….what??!!. I have owned houses before and all plumbers have a camera, and it’s not a service worth an extra $225. In fact, I have not been charged for a camera going into the system as an extra at all..ever! They supposedly found a fisure in the sewer system which their camera did not spot the first time (really?!). To remove a root of a tree and fix a broken portion of the sewer, would cost $5,000 Is this a joke? are they a joke? I will never hire these people again!

Randy came to my house on time to help with a water heater leak. He was very nice and professional and knowledgeable about the issue. He was able to stop and find the issue quickly and let me know the steps that would follow to replace it. Thanks for all your help.

Horrible service, not recommended at all, do not waste your time. They do not show to the appointments and don’t resolve the problems. I would give them 0 stars if possible
Our water heater began leaking on a Thursday night. I called All Valley Plumbing and Randy was sent and discovered a 3 year Rheem Pro had a crack in the tank. Unfortunately it was after the warehouse had closed. Monday morning he brought a warranty replacement unit and had us back up and running. Randy is such a nice, friendly young man. Should we ever need a plumber, Randy will be requested.
