Great service and responsiveness, i highly recommend this company!
Brad was super responsive and came right out when we had an issue with our AC during this heat wave in Texas. He worked hard to try and fix it with the least cost possible but had our back up plan in place in case the initial fix didn't solve the entire problem. He was back out the next day with our plan B, and got us cooling off within the day! Will use their services again the future!
Awesome response and service
We’ve used Lovejoy HVAC for the last 2 years for maintenance and just recently this month replacing an outdoor unit. Brad is very responsive and provides a high level of service to ensure our expectations are met. Prices are fair and quality of service is top notch. We.certainly recommend Lovejoy Hvac!

I cannot recommend Lovejoy HVAC highly enough - they are great. I have been having my system maintained for a couple of years now and when I had an issue with the summer heat, it was fixed so quickly. If you're looking for a company to service your HVAC system regularly, this is it.

Brad is knowledgeable, answered my questions, and responsive. We had a tricky repair. He stayed with it, returning several times when what we'd done didn't resolve the problem. He persevered until repair successful.

I hesitate to write this… only because I don’t want them to get TOO in demand! Best tradesman I’ve worked with, let alone HVAC. Stellar service, fair/ transparent pricing. I was in a jam, and Lovejoy was texting me how best to trouble shoot my problem (this was 7pm on a Sunday). They seem to really care, and enjoy what they do. Can’t sing enough praises. Don’t hesitate to call them for your HVAC needs.
Brad was able to respond same day and assisted us with getting our AC running when it was 100+ degrees outside (all other companies were saying it would be a week until they could come out). Would definitely recommend. Lovejoy is prompt and professional.
They replaced our 20 year year old heat pump and air handler in May 2020. The installation went smoothly; the crew was quick and professional. The system quit working 4 hours later at 9:00pm. I called Brad, he came right over and discovered a blown fuse in a line between the air handler controller and wall thermostat. He replaced it and the system has worked flawlessly ever since. Our electric bill is significantly lower and the house is much more comfortable. I recommended this company to a friend in Allen and he is equally happy with the price and performance of his system as well. I waited to post this on purpose to verify the quality of the hardware and service. 5 stars on both.

The great reputation of this business is well-earned as I experienced firsthand today. Had a unit running but not cooling overnight (which ended up being the result of a bad capacitor needing replacement) and called Lovejoy HVAC just after 7am this morning at the recommendation of another customer (neighbor) and provided pertinent information to them about the problem I was experiencing. Despite the fact that this is one of the busiest times of the year for HVAC companies and supplies can be difficult for them to obtain, I received a return call from them within about 90 minutes, a visit and repair service about 30 minutes later, and the repair job was completed by mid-morning. As they say, "your results may vary" and I'm grateful that it wasn't something more severe and time-consuming (a bad fan motor or motherboard, or an entire condensing unit or coil needing to be ordered and replaced, etc.) but I would highly recommend this company because of their responsiveness, professional and courteous service, and straightforward approach to diagnosing and addressing ONLY what needs to be repaired or replaced, and being able to make the repair quickly even if a part is need (which in my case, was already on their truck - again, despite supply shortages). I've done business with many HVAC companies over the years and I'm pretty impressed with this one.
Excellent experience. There are not enough stars! We have had several companies come out since we moved in. Each charged, but did nothing. Brad came out personally and was a tremendous help. Then, he refused to charge. This guy is a true gentleman and a real Pro! Did great work for family members in Allen as well.
