Thursday evening as I arrived home I noticed it was warmer than usual but just assumed this little depth of Hell, also known as Texas Summer, had my unit worn out and unable to keep up with the rings of fire the rising temps brought that day. A sleepless night, with every fan I own aimed directly at me, left me realizing everything my church-going childhood had taught about the misery was true!! I called Quality Air Care that morning hoping they would have the ability to get me in at some point during the weekend. Thankfully, the phone was answered before I died of heat stroke and to my surprise I was given a service call appointment for 12:30 that SAME DAY!!!! As I was trying to breathe and find my way out of the sauna that I was sitting in so I could go seek cooler temps at a local coffee shop, I got a call from Steve who informed me he was running AHEAD OF SCHEDULE and asked if I would be able to meet him at 10:30, instead of the previously scheduled time. HALLELUJAH!!! My prayers were being answered!! I agreed and was surprised he arrived a few minutes before the new appointment time. Steve was able to use his wealth of knowledge to quickly identify the problem as being a malfunctioning thermostat and a worn out motor. He had all of the parts he needed in his van and worked his God given talents to bring the arctic temperatures back to the place I was sure had become an eternal fire pit!! He completed the job, processed my credit card payment, and was back in his chariot of glory on to save the next miserable soul before noon!! And, the best part, he was more than reasonably priced and honest about what was needed. He even pointed out I was using a type of air filter that would cause my unit to run less efficiently than it was designed to do!! Talk about a knight in shining armor!! Thank you Steve for saving me from the devil’s fiery festivities!! I highly recommend Steve and Quality Air Care!

Steve and Sarah came to our rescue on a Sunday afternoon when our upstairs system stopped cooling. It was too hot up there for the kids to sleep or my husband to work from his home office. Steve and Sarah quickly came out (within an hour or two of our call) and figured out what was broken. Steve then gave us several options and helped us decide what repairs would be best for our system. After the repairs were made, they double checked to make sure the system was working properly. We are now cool and comfortable. They are a great team and offer wonderful value and service! I would 10/10 recommend them!

I almost never give 5 stars. To me 5 stars is perfection and there is no room for improvement. In this case I could not have asked for better service. I called Steve on a Saturday afternoon having never had any dealings with him. I explained that our air conditioner went out the night before and we had been stood up by the guy who said he would come that morning. Without hesitation Steve said, "No problem, I'll be there in 5 minutes. What's your address?" Within a few minutes he was there. I asked about prices he answered and explained he doesn't charge extra for weekends. He came out looked at our unit and within 5 or 10 minutes had determined the problem. He fixed the problem checked the pressure and was able to determine the system was operational and sound. He gave the rest of the system a look over and suggested a few things that would help improve overall reliability and was done inside 30 minutes. Not once did he try to upsell me or gouge us, which he could easily have under the circumstances. From start to finish he was open, courteous and respectful. I feel the value for the dollar was incredible. It is refreshing to find a businessman who runs an operation with such a high level of integrity. I highly recommend him as the first call for air conditioning needs. For my sake he's the only air conditioning operation in the area. They have set the bar high.

Very dissatisfied with the service recieved from this company. Did not receive what was discussed. Paid a large sum of money and received very poor customer service. Calls were not returned promptly after work was done to discuss issue. Was given a "$200 value" gift after work was done, but owner Steve Wiggins refused to install the thermostat which was discussed before work was performed and installed a "higher quality" unit with a tiny screen on it with wifi which I don't need. When he did respond, a different unit was offered at an additional expense. I am very dissatisfied that he would not remove this and replace it with the less expensive unit that I requested. The work was done in one day. The workers were friendly. The customer service received from the owner, however, was horrid. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, let alone a friend or family member. I like to give people a second chance to make things right, when I gave him a second chance, things were not made right and felt boxed into a corner. I will not do business with this company again.

Steve has been out to my house for various needs several times. He always arrives on time and tries his best to get to you quickly. I like that he zeroes in on the most economical way of fixing a problem but also offers honest advice without a ‘hard sell’ approach. Steve went out of his way last season to make sure a mechanical warranty was honored on a system installed by another service. I didn’t even know it was under warranty! I recommend Steve!
