Had a home barn and apartment built about 1 year ago. Best air installed two AC units. The one in the apartment quit cooling last week. Best Air had a technician out quickly and had us up and running. Great and friendly customer service. Will definitely do business with them in the future.
I’m so grateful Best Air could quickly fix my problem over the 4th of July holiday. I’m even more grateful they sent James! He is most professional and knowledgeable. This heat is unbearable, and he and his associates deserve much credit.

Shane and his team are great!! Even though they were overwhelmed with calls in all this heat, they still got to our office at the SPCA of Polk County quickly. They also sent an electrician to do some work to make sure that everything was connected correctly. The Best Air staff will help get you cooled down with a smile.
Quick, efficient, effective, and affordable service like I’ve not ever experienced. We couldn’t tell they had even been in our home working when they left except the issue was resolved and we were comfortable! We 10/10 recommend!

When they at open 24 hrs they mean it. Called Shane the owner at 5pm and notified him that we had a unit out. He showed up with crew, found the problem and ordered the parts. Top notch service and the guys are clean and respectful. The best air company in Livingston Tx hands Down

Just had Best Air replace both my old units with new high efficiency heat pumps. The service was first class and all of the guys were very professional. Great finally finding a company that does what they promise. Very pleased!

Best Air has serviced my units for twenty or more years. When hurricane Ile cut my house half in to they were here during the restoration.
