Luis was very helpful and professional. He helped us fix our AC unit and also explained the current condition. We have a great understanding where the problem was. We recommend Luis and his company.
We were new customers of Legend Air and we chose them because of their 5 star rating. Our service technician, Adrian, was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and provided excellent diagnosis and repair service to our AC unit. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly as well. We were very pleased with him and Legend Air and would highly recommend them.
I have been using legend air since 2018. They have been awesome with there service. Recently I had to get some draining and replacement on my AC. Adrian came over and explain throughly that we needed to fix. He did excellent job. In past Luis also came over and help us with our ac. I highly recommend them for professionalism and excellent work.
Luis was very professional and knowledgeable, explained in detail what was happening with our systems and clearly laid out several options to resolve our issues. Highly recommend!

Didnt show up after made an appointment. The customer service made an excuse they do not service my area even though they advertised to service Denton. Just wasted a day waiting for ac repair to have no show up. Not sure how this place have 5 stars reviews because I like to leave 0 stars for this business.

Joseph did a great job listening to our concerns and doing a detailed analysis of our system. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and why. When he had completed his analysis he explained everything he found and showed me the pictures. He then presented several options for us to choose from noting which one(s) were recommended. I feel confident that his analysis was complete and that we were presented w all possible options. Thanks for a great job Joseph.

The first time my heating stopped working, I called this company who came and checked and said they will charge me $800, I happen to call Legend for second opinion, they came and checked and told me there was nothing wrong, one of the cable was loss and they fixed it for $50, I have never have an issue with my AC since. This people are honest and loyal. Oh as for the workers they are very sweet to work with. Love them especially Louis.

Love Legend Air, my 2x a year preventative maintenance keeps everything running nicely and is included in my affordable monthly plan. Adrian was on time, very professional and friendly and took his time to check over everything thoroughly.
