Casey was very friendly, respectful and professional. He answered all my questions and a few I forgot to ask. He also explained to me the things that I could do as a home owner to make sure that I done my part to maintain the unit. He showed up and got the job done. He represents his company well. I now know, should I have any problems with my HVAC, I have someone I not only trust, but can count on to do the job and do it well. Thanks Liberty Air
Absolutely the best service. They even filled out all of the warranty information for me and got me where I needed to go. I cannot recommend them enough.
This is a wonderful company that really cares about people and will do their best to fix a problem… I called because my ac unit went out and they moved around their schedule to fit me in on the same day to have a technician check out the problem, unfortunately the condenser pump is broke… so I need to have it replaced thru my insurance company… 10 Stars for this company!! I will most definitely recommend them to everyone I know..

Rob was amazing!! My drain line would not drain and is an awkward design. He told me what I could do to keep the drain line clear.

Tech came and serviced system. He noticed a dangerous wiring issue with the system disconnect and installed a new box as it should have been when the system was installed. The technician was very professional and communicated well. Pricing was fair.
We have 2 units and our bigger unit wouldn't come on. We called Liberty Air about 10 in the morning and they had someone out by 4pm the same day. We were up and running (cooling) within an hour. I highly recommend Liberty Air...
