Josh Fry and his team did an excellent job of finishing up a project for us. Josh brings an attitude to his work that is much appreciated and sometimes hard to find in the service industry. Friendly, time-conscious, detail-oriented, and aware of how the work will impact our lives, Josh went the extra mile. I will also add that Mason was equally effective in handling some communication snafus that had occurred at the office end of our project and got everything rolling again. Thanks to both of them!
Wes was professional, fast, and knowledgeable. And he also took the time to educate us on fridge maintenance. Very good experience overall.

Wes came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed our AC unit promptly (within 12 minutes) and at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with Wes and his knowledge and professionalism.

No one wants to spend money on home repairs, but if you have to, Southern Comfort Mechanical makes it about as pleasant and stress free as possible. They are fair, honest, and reliable. Ivan even educated us on how the positioning of our vents was preventing the house to be cooled as efficiently as it could be. Ivan, from Southern Comfort, came out and took care of our HVAC problem today. He was on time and very professional. He explained the work he did and all if good again!
Not happy! Had 4 new @TRANE systems installed in December 2022. 1 AC unit has never consistently worked. Southern Comfort merged with Allied American. Southern comfort diagnosed the issue and they want to charge us $600 bucks to make it work. Just a bunch of finger pointing. John Bentley
My tech was able to quickly make repairs at a reasonable price. I liked his service so much I asked about their annual maintenance program.
