Ismael called and said he was on the way. He got here on time preformed his maintenance on unit. He explained everything that he tested. Said what should be done in future. No sales pressure. Can’t ask for anything more than that

Upon contact, their customer service was outstanding - professional, friendly, and vetted experts quickly attended to my furnace repair needs. In addition, their prices were more than fair and the job was done quickly and correctly in full. I am extremely satisfied with the service that was provided by Ray’s Heating And Cooling and heartily recommend them to anyone needing furnace repairs or other heating and cooling services - they live up to their reputation as a meticulous, experienced group of experts!
Called to set up an appointment with an HVAC technician. They assured me I would get someone the same day and gave me a timeframe for when the technician would arrive. I waited for multiple hours until finally calling, only to be told that the technician does not work weekends and he would have to come in tomorrow. They also had no other technicians available. They subcontract technicians from other companies, and clearly didn’t have the knowledge of technician schedules. If you’re ever in a bind like me, look elsewhere for someone more reputable with more reviews.
Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company would receive 6 stars if I could. Even on a holiday weekend recently, they came out to make sure my family and I were taken care of. They were professional, timely, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. You will not regret calling them.
The experience with Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company was second to none. They have this type of work down to an art! Replaced a furnace, air conditioner and replaced a hot water tank with a tankless model in 9 hours and did it professionally with good fit and finish. I could not be happier with the service and the equipment.

What a reputable air duct cleaning company! Great rates and great work ethic! The technicians are very punctual & friendly staff. We had the dryer vent cleaned. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company again.
We have had Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company for our heating/cooling maintenance plan for about 3 years now and have also had them out several times for random issues and we just really like them. The office is easy to deal with and every tech they send out is good. It just seems like they hire quality people all around.
We had a new Heater and A/C unit installed yesterday by Robert and the crew. These guys were great and did a fantastic job with the install and clean up after themselves. Robert is wonderful. He educated me on care and maintenance of A/C & also our old furnace. His patience is very much appreciated. Kudos!

Just had a whole house installation with Ray’s Heating And Cooling Company. My technicians Jack and Antony cheerfully and professionally worked a very long day and made sure they left my house as neat as a possible and that I knew how to operate my new system. I fully recommend this company.
They did quality work at great prices. The staff so friendly and helpful to us when we called to make inquiries. The technician who was sent to our home was so knowledgeable and got all our questions answered. He went an extra mile to explain to us on how to handle and keep our A/C safe from damage and failure.
