Employee was on time, knowledgeable, and professional. Work was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Price of labor was fair, but cost of part (1 capacitor) was pure price gouging. $400 for a capacitor is not right.

Absolutely a delight to work with a local Lewisville service company. Called the customer support team today to schedule a service for our Air Conditioning issue. It was scheduled the same day! The technician (Pramesh) called me and let me know that he will be in my house in 45 minutes (and he was on time). He started troubleshooting and provided me with updates on the issue and the next steps. I would highly recommend using Northside Air Conditioning for your HVAC service. Northside A/C is doing what I wish all companies would - exceptional service at the right price. Thank you!

Northside did a wonderful job with my heating and air system installation. They took out the old system and installed the new. The guys were polite and professional. I would highly recommend them for your next system removal and replacement. I would also recommend them for your biannual maintenance checkup to keep your system running at peak efficiency during the long hot summer and cold winter. Darwin Frevert

Great service, very pleased. This was our first time to use Northside Air Conditioning and I am very pleased that we made the change. Jonathan arrived after notifying me that he was on his way and completed our first maintenance inspection as part of our maintenance plan. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and thorough, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain to me the inspection process and his findings.
