Marc Anthony here. I recently went to the northern tool in lewisville. This was my first time in the store. I was extremely pleased with how neat everything was, but what really stood out was the customer service… Right when I walked in I was immediately greeted by a cashier and he even pointed me to where my item i was looking for was. I later checked out with the same cashier (Jacob) and he was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. Not to mention he even helped me load my engine hoist into my truck, great kid. I recommend Northern Tool to anyone!

Some lady (never said her name) answered the phone with an attitude right off the grip, as if I did something. Not helpful at all. Ended up calling a different location and they were more than pleased to help.
Thought I would give this location a chance at having my business.Drove in from Dallas passing two HomeDepot stores and a Lowes. Says that they open up at 8am. Waited outside of Lewisville location till 8:30am and never opened up. Costing clients $$ when i have a crew waiting on certain tools that I needed to buy for a job. Went to Home Depot instead. They do open at their posted time.

Straight robbery I hate this place I never will come back I purchase a 15 bag off black diamond sand for $12.99 per bag and I tried to return 13 of them And they returning me $8.75 per bag
Very cold and empty experience, several NT employees working inside, all huddled together, I had to go them to ask for help and direction. I felt as if I was interrupting them When I went to the designated area their selection was not what their website advertised
I purchased a chainsaw 4 months ago. Stihl at that. Was told service technician works at this location. So today, chainsaw won't start. Go up there just to be told to go to plano or Bedford. They have 2 signs saying service and repairs here. They could put up a sign that states, we do not have that here. Or sorry. Fix this northern tool

Northern tool and equipment has moved from the west side of interstate highway 35 to the east side of interstate 35. They are now located just south of Hebron Parkway / Round Grove Road, in the old Toys r Us parking lot.
