I called them to get a part for my air conditioner and Madison went out of her way to help me. Over a period of a week she kept checking to find me the correct part for my unit running down every lead. Unfortunately, my part was no longer available and they couldn’t get it for me, but what impressed me most is how hard and long they tried to resolve my problem. You can bet I will be using this company in the future. Thank you Madison for all your effort.
I HIGHLY recommend North Tx Mechanical. I’ve been using them for almost 20 years now! They are consistent, reliable, dependable & reasonable. I recommend them to my family, friends & neighbors. My AC was broken & they had it fixed asap! I appreciate them so much.
They installed my 4 units originally 8 years ago. Have used them for maintenance. A/C goes out Saturday evening, no chance of them coming on the weekend. I call Monday morning and they tell me my "availability is very limited", since ya know, I have a job and don't sit home all day waiting for repair men. BAD customer service. BEWARE.
Scheduled an A/C service call and was given date with time between 8am and noon. Shortly after noon I called Carl since no one had shown up and no one had called. Carl said they had an emergency replacement and couldn’t come until late in the day or tomorrow. I asked why had they not just called to let me know and Carl became rude and exasperated. Cancelled service and will go with another company. Disappointing since I had used them previously to replace two compressors and was pleased. Guess Carl believes his time is more valuable than anyone else.
Things never go wrong at the right time. And when you talk about A/C in a Texas summer, you want somebody you can rely on. That was my story today. We have been using N. Texas Mechanical for years. They have always come through for us and while we hope that won't be needed, we know where they'll be when they are. Thanks, Karl.

I've been using this company for over a decade. They are always timely, professional , helpful, and reasonable. Unlike other companies, they care when your AC goes out and it's 100 degrees outside. They have repaired issues for me that Home Warranty Company contractors refuse to fix, and do the little things that make us feel like a valued customer. I'll never call anyone else!
