Dave came in listened to the problem them properly addressed it and fixed it all in under 30 minutes. arrived earlier than quoted, called ahead of time to let me know he was going to be arriving early. excellent service. He had the part on-hand for a quick and efficient fix.
Dave is a good guy and knows everything about a/c repairs. Called him this morning and he has everything working again by noon . Make sure he is not over-charging though.
Came by on really short notice and took care of the issue. Very easy to deal with.
Dave was wonderful! He responded to my call right away and came out the same day to check my system, which was leaking water at the time. He did the repair quickly and efficiently, was pleasant, and was clear in his explanations. I highly recommend Metrocrest Air Conditioning!
Dave installed our a/c units several years ago and continues to service them. Just had an issue this weekend with one unit not cooling, called him first thing Monday morning and he was here that morning to investigate. Needed some parts and repair work and was done by middle of the next day. Thanks, Dave!
Our AC was not able to reach temperature so we called our home warranty company and they sent out a technician who incorrectly diagnosed our problem and the claim was denied. I called Dave from Metrocrest and he was able to come within 30 minutes and correctly diagnosed the problem and helped with a solution. Very honest and dependable company.
I recently had an issue with my AC and called Dave with Metrocrest and he was able to come to my home right away. Before arriving, questions were asked to see if there was something that homeowner could fix, i.e. filter change, to see if service call was even necessary---very trustworthy and not out to make a fast buck. After arriving he quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. I have used Metrocrest in the past and will definitely use them again. Very professional, efficient and friendly service.

The most responsive HVAC service around! There is a certain comfort when a contractor shows up with tools in hand, parts on the truck, and the wisdom to know how to quickly diagnose and solve the problem. Not only did Dave listen to me, answered all my questions, and gave honest and realistic advice, but also performed the repairs very efficiently. He was certain to verify everything was working to its best ability, for units of their age and specification, before he left. Thank you!
