Got a quote for AC replacement and the rep was on time and friendly. I decided to use another vendor but CRS bid was competitive and everyone I spoke to at the company was very professional. Would recommend.
CRS is tops in my book, after being burned and or lied to by other companies…annnd being overcharged. Brandon from CRS came in and saved the day super fast, honest to a fault and very reasonably priced…….CRS…there’s no substitute!!!!!

Oh my goodness what can I say about this company without crying!!! They are phenomenal. From the owner to everyone on staff. They are the truth!!!! I have bad credit and it was 102 degrees in my house. They didn't care that I had bad they credit. They treated me like I had A1 credit with no hesitation. They are the best I've ever met. Repair to smoke alarm system, and, conversion of florescent light fixture to LED fixture. CRSNTX was Responsive, professional, competent, no 'add-on' pitches and remarkably affordable, Brandon & team are a true throwback to a by-gone era of great repair companies! #1 in the area.
I have used CRS NTX now countless time and I am completely satisfied. I have had two AC systems installed, Duct work installed. Canned lights added throughout. We have added electrical outlets and even outside lightening. I continue to refer Brandon and his team to all my family and friends. I would give a 6 star review if I could.
I don't think I can say all the great words to describe this company. Magnificent, terrific, outstanding, professional, courteous, fast responding, easy to talk to while they listen, made me feel like number one. Great folks and superior quality work. After going through about 6+ companies and the run around, scams, frauds, sabotage to my AC, I was referred to this company by a financing company. I feel like I hit the jackpot. This company did EVERYTHING right. My first call I spoke to Brandon and while we were on the phone, he sent out his guy (James) to measure the house for a new AC..what size I may need. This was at the end of the day. How awesome is that? The next week we scheduled for install and his guys were here all day and never even left for a lunch break. They worked their butts off on getting that into my little closet. James checked in from time to time on that day as well as Brandon called to check on me and how things were going. Brandon listened to every single story and detail I had to say. I felt like I was number one throughout this entire process. I now have a new AC. What's great is, they also do other things like electrical, roofing, home remodeling etc. Now I have someone to call when I need help with the house and whom I can trust. This is what its all about. The best customer service on the planet. It certainly made up for all the hell I went through with those other companies. I am so grateful I was sent this wonderful company and wonderful people working there. All of them went above and beyond. I cant say enough good about them, I really cant. All I can say is..you will NOT be sorry to call CRSNTX! I love these guys. I will call them my family because that's how they made me feel. I am tickled pink with everything. Thank you Brandon, James and all the others who made this major purchase a smooth install that could have been 10 times worse from most all the other ones. I responded to an ad on Facebook and Brandon the owner called me back immediately. He sent the technician out today. The technician went through my entire system and told me what was wrong. I replaced a few parts and now it’s running great. Brandon called yo after call to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Amazing company wish more weee like this one. Will be calling them for any future calls
We called six companies to tell us why one of our HVAC units wouldn't come on, for neither heat nor a/c. Everyone said the compressor had burned up and we needed a new unit. Estimates ranged from $6,600 to $11,500. Brandon Smith's CRSNTX's estimate is included in that number BUT Brandon said he wanted a technician to run tests on the compressor to make sure that was the problem. The tech did and the compressor was fine! The problem was two 60 amp breakers were placed next to one another in the box. One was arcing over and frying the other one. The cost was $150 to fix the problem! Every person from CRSNTX was professional, cordial, and honest; understanding the importance of every dollar to us as opposed to grabbing as many of those dollars as possible for themselves. Had they not taken that extra step of sending a tech, we would be filling out paperwork for a loan. Instead, we spent time being grateful. These guys have our business from now on.

We recently relocated to TX, bought a house and needed a whole new heating and AC setup. We didn’t know where to start, the options were overwhelming. We used google, called a couple shops, they were fine— nothing like working with James, Brandon and Team. They came in, talked us through everything. Went above and beyond the standard service. Will, without a doubt, be recommending to friends and family!
These guys not only had one of the more reasonable quotes for my two AC units, but they were VERY thorough with their install. I am super picky about my AC temp and they happily came back a few more times to make sure the AC was tweaked exactly like I wanted and they never complained or push back, just wanted to make sure I was happy and taken care of is what they said!! Everyone tells you to do your homework before you purchase anything. As a teacher I take that quite seriously. I met with 8 contractors to obtain quotes to install a new A/C Heating System. We were replacing a 15 year old system so it had been awhile since we had shopped. I was talking to a lot of salesmen but unfortunately they weren't service technicians. My 8th contractor and last meeting was with James. Guess what? He had been a technician so he was listening to me and knew what he was doing. It is very meaningful to have a PROFESSIONAL show up on time, LISTEN to your concerns and RESOLVE those issues. Kevin was our QC guy and he came out after the system was installed to check everything out. Our house was cool so life was great. It felt better than it ever had. He told us there was a part from the manufacturer that they had gotten where some had been defective so he replaced it. We were blissfully ignorant but his HONESTY was so meaningful. Brandon was very HELPFUL in getting the financing we needed. It has been a wonderful experience working with CRSNTX.
HVAC specialist JR is very knowledgeable with knowing the in and out of air condition system. He scheduled my service timely manner. Daniel and the team arrive and got the job done and where very professional. Very grateful for this company.
Brandon and his team are absolute professionals. I've known these guys for years, and it's nice to get to work with people that truly have a passion for their trade. Had a great experience with CRS. We had 7 different HVAC companies come out and give us a bid and we liked CRS the best. Best value and great workers. They came and installed the system in a day with no issues. We were extremely happy with their services and look forward to using them more in the future.
With the February Freeze, we had a pipe break above our Master Bedroom that caused some significant damage. We worked with another company that after 2 months hadn't performed any work and Brandon was recommended to me. He came out the day after I called him and within days we had a quote and agreed to have the work done while we were out of town. The work was high quality and looks better than before! CRS team was always friendly, informative, and showed when they said they would. Communication was top notch. We have been using Brandon for all of our needs, from plumbing to completely redoing a walk in shower. Only wish we know of CRS a few months earlier before we dropped 1000s on an AC repair. We are glad to know of CRS and Brandon now! Highly recommended!
Brandon and his team are top-notch. Last summer, their electrician came and replaced a circuit breaker- just to help diagnose a problem. From the initial survey and diagnosis of our aged, inadequate system, they quickly gave us recommendations and options to improve comfort and efficiency. James walked through his suggestions and explained how each would help. During install, Daniel and the crew were friendly, took precautions to minimize disruption and cleaned up afterward. I can't believe how quiet our new system is! I highly recommend CRS.
CRS is by far my most trusted vendor. I have used and referred them for remodel (they did my own kitchen and then took care of full list of misc items when I prepared my home for sale), electrical, painting, fence, and especially HVAC. As a Realtor, it is most important to have good vendors to refer clients to and know they will be taken care of. CRS makes me look like a hero to my clients and will continue to get my referrals and my personal business for this very reason.
