Jason was very helpful while we were in a serious bind with our A/C unit going out last weekend. The company responded immediately on a Saturday morning before the Texas heat was at its hottest and installed a battery-like device to ensure our motor starts/runs more efficiently. Jason recommended an Ecobee over our Honeywell thermostat to better monitor our system's efficiency/air quality so I tried to install it the following weekend. He was responsive to my questions and small troubleshooting to ensure we were up and running along with recommendations on how to best configure our setting after installation. Very pleased with Jason's helpful nature and responsiveness especially during these hot Texas summers when every minute counts.
I was rinsing off my coils and some of the wiring came undone and I had no idea how to wire it back up… on a Sunday… in the middle of a heatwave! Corey had no problem helping me out when I was in a bind. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Thanks again, Corey!
I was very impressed with how professional, efficient, and polite the office staff was, and how fast they were able to answer my questions. The technician did an outstanding job, I can't say enough about it. They went the extra mile to get on demand service! I have cold blowing AC on a 87 degree day! They have always done an amazing job for us. Floyd was our Tech this year, he showed up timely and was quick and efficient preparing my AIr Condition Units for the summer heat! I highly recommend them! Very happy with their professionalism and prices!

Cory and his team did an amazing job with the installation of my new AC system. I'm very pleased with the new unit and it has been a little over a month and a half since installed and I can already see the weekly usage being better than my older system while at the same time keeping my house cooler. They also added a return for each bedroom significantly improving the air quality in all our bedrooms. Our whole house now feels even with the temperature readings, gone are the hot spots with the front two bedrooms! Cory, kudos to you and your team for doing what you said you would do and then some :)
Very expensive. A very small ac unit that cools one room upstairs $500, Highway Robbery. On top of that they said they would not warranty their work. Bad business taking advantage of those in need. Just add it up 8 techs hit 10 houses a day at $500 per house's, that's $40,000 a day.
My AC decided to stop getting cool Monday night. Tuesday morning I called 6 different companies to try to get something booked. Everyone was booked for 1-2 days or more, understandable given how hot its been. Cold Factor originally told me they couldnt do same day but I booked a next day to get on the schedule. About 1 hr later they called with an opening and could have someone by noon same day. Bobby arrived within the window provided and had my AC up and running within an hour. And when I was emailed a copy of the invoice they included pics of readings. Highly recommend and would use again
Over the past 10+ years, our family has used Cold Factor to maintain our HVAC. We regularly use them for seasonal checkups. Several times they were able to troubleshoot a problem and fix it without recommending a complete system replacement. They have delivered this same honesty and excellence to every person we referred them to.
Cory and his team are great, they listen, respond and follow through completely with what ever needs to be done involving my HVAC in the homes I own. Cory is excellent to work with and provides outstanding customer service. If you have any issues within a year of your installing your new units, they come out free of charge. His techs were very professional and did a great job on the install. Also, when I got bids for replacing two HVAC units, Cory provided the best price. My old HVAC company was ripping me off and wanted twice the price of what I paid with Cold Factor. They send email and text reminders of appointments. You can't go wrong using this company.
I have been using Cold Factor for years at my home and am pleased to have them servicing our office building now. I have the highest trust in the Cold Factor team.
I didn't get a chance to use this company as my new job had a vendor setup already established. But, I was so impressed with their customer service and quick response for scheduling my quarterly maintenance agreement that I felt compelled to leave a review.
This company has consistently done a great job! On latest visit Bobby answered all my questions and quickly performed various fall maintenance on HVAC system. Bobby, our technician called about 10 minutes before arriving at our house. We appreciated the advance notice so we could put our pets in a different room. Within 10 minutes of arriving Bobby figured out the problem with our AC and fixed it within a half hour. He explained the problem to us and the solution and made sure everything was working before he left. Bobby did a great job. The only thing that could be improved is trying to get in touch with the company for emergency service and responses to requests for service after normal business hours. The website doesn't make it clear what customers are supposed to do when they need emergency service or if the company even offers it.
Justin was my tech, and Jessica handled the office side of things. Exceeded my expectations, another company wanted to sell me a while new system, but all I needed was a part Justin had on his truck, 102 degrees today, they got us up and running, House is cold again. Just 1 hour of labor, no bs, they just do their job. So refreshing !

responsive is a 10. Found problem misdiagnosed by other good HVAC service. Repaired same day. Saved several hundred if not thousands of dollars. Timely in all areas including communication, follow-up emails, etc. Have to give them all 10s so far.
