I paid for the monthly plan and asked for the coils to be cleaned (in addition with extra fee) on my AC since the home was being remodeled. What I was offered on the phone versus what was done was different. When the technician was on site he said he did not have time to clean the coils and to call back once the remodel was done. I explained there was no additional remodel happening afterward that would creat dust. Fast forward my AC broke down and I’ve been calling and calling and the company has become unresponsive to my calls. I know have yo pay a great amount of money for repairs/replacement because of poor customer service from this company. I’m a very calm client and never leave this type of reviews but this is beyond disappointing. I’m still on the monthly plan and trying to see if someone can pick up the phone to help. Do not hire this company.
My wife and I purchased a HVAC system from Aire Serv one year ago. We have been very pleased with the follow up by Aire Serv to insure that everything is working great. Aire Serv recently completed our annual courtesy system inspection. I want to say how impressed I was with Brandon who completed our system inspection. He was very thorough and spent time answering any questions that I might have. He was very professional and has a great personality. I highly recommend Aire Serv for anyone who needs HVAC repair or is looking to purchase a new system.
Brandon and Gregory are excellent and could not ask for anyone better. These 2 gentlemen were the best. Recommend asking for them.
Excellent service from Aire Serv of Flower Mound. Madison at the office is always extremely responsive and helpful when scheduling us for service. Brandon and team were able to come out and diagnose & fix the issue to get our unit up and running quickly. We appreciate the entire Aire Serv staff and highly recommend this company for all HVAC-related needs.

Gary and Brandon are our heroes! Brandon came to our rescue after we had a terrible experience with another local HVAC company. They spent several tireless hours trouble-shooting our system issues until they found the solutions. I can't say enough about how grateful and pleased we are with Brandon and Aireserv!! Great service! "G" arrived on time, was friendly, and took the time to explain what steps he would take during the visit. He followed up with the results and answered all of my questions once the item list was complete. We appreciate the incredible service provided.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable, do extra things to improve heating and air system. Highly recommend Aire Serv to anyone needing repair or new system. August 2018 review update - Aireserve stands behind their AC and Heating units. No questions asked it just gets fixed by the friendliest and most professional technicians. If you need to talk to the owner he's always available. Refreshing to have such great customer service.
Jeff was early, friendly and professional. He identified the problem, educated me on our systems and got things working in about an hour. Great service.
We had AireServe come do our semi-annual checkup. Our technician, Jeff Morgan was on time and very professional. I feel confident that he thoroughly checked everything. We made the switch to AireServ from another company in Lewisville. It was the good move on our part.
