Would like to thank Lara Air Conditioning and staff for the great service! I called Lara’s AC around 9am needing AC replacements and by 11am technicians Eddie and Raúl where here at my residence to begin exchange on not one AC split system but two units! By 4pm techs removed and installed both units plus two new thermostats, Eddie and Raul where knowledgeable , Proffesional and answered all my concerns! Great job guys! I would recommend Lara AC to anyone needing AC service.

I am so happy I called Lara Air Conditioning! I wanted my AC cleaned and I was thoroughly impressed- The technicians- Juan and Raul were very professional and polite- I told them I was confused with my thermostat and recommended a much simpler one which was installed flawlessly. I contacted Mr. Lara to request service to my A/C, they did a great job, professional and at a fair value. After been at home most of the pandemic and enjoying the great Laredo summer time I realized my A/C wasn't covering all the house, I did a renovation at our home a year ago and added a substantial sq footage without replacing my A/C hoping that this wouldn't be needed. I called Mr. Lara, the did an evaluation and offer me several options to replace my A/C and increase the power and capacity, the work was seamless to me and my family, they did what they promised in a safe manner which I really appreciate. Price is fair, is not the cheapest one in the city but is highly reliable and for me that's more important than cheap when it comes to A/C since last thing I want is to re-invest or have recurrent issues. Mr. Lara registered the equipment that they installed for me and send me a copy of it for my records, couldn't be happier.
Great customer service and communication. They checked my AC because it was frozen and told me that the cause of the problem was a dirty filter, recommended a new filter and saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary replacement parts. Just paid $70 for the service call. Great work ethic, definitely recommend this company.
They charged 186.60 dollars for a 30 purpose contactor plus 15 minutes of their time. Understandable due to hazard that technicians have to encounter during these harsh time. Technician had surgical mask and was professional.
This is by far the easiest company to do business with. They came right away when I told them what was wrong. They were very professional in handling the job. Mr. Alex did a wonderful job repairing our unit. He was very open to questions and was very honest on future costs and gave me honest answers. That guy needs a raise or something, extremely good work ethic and such a respectable man. Hopefully I don’t have any issues in the near future, but if I do I’ll definitely be calling these guys......It was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be too

Lara air hvac was prompt and did work on a timely basis. He explained every action he was taking and way he could or couldn't do something. More importantly his work was guaranteed and his price was very reasonable.

Lighting quick service. However, their website states $70 residential fee and I was charged $100 +$80 for a capacitor. $180 for 15 minutes of work. I believe capacitors go for around $15. Correct me if I’m wrong.
