paid 85$ for them to tell me something i already knew and wasted my time coming out to my house just to give me a overpriced estimate of 500$ paid this horrible company 85$ to tell me yeah your pipe is leaking. thanks for nothing.
I called them because I had a leak in my AC pipe & it was leaking through my sheetrock, they said they could come out if I paid them 85$. they showed up went straight up, came back down 5 min. later and told me what i already knew and told me it would cost 500$ to fix and left. Wasted my time and money
NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR EMPLOYMENT, THEY GET OLD EMPLOYEES BACK AND LET YOU GO WHEN ITS NOT THERE WAY
Went to give an estimate and didn't want to look in the attic because it was "too hot" for them. Made 2 follow up appointments for them to go early in the morning and both times they didn't show up. Called the company to complain about the missed appointments and they told me it was "too difficult" for them to do. Never even got to the pricing part. An embarrassment and an extremely unprofessional company. Very obvious why you have such a bad rating on Google, so bad that you had to make another business listing to try and salvage it. I would give you 0 stars if I could.
I’ve dealt with many AC companies before and I can tell you that this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Not only are these people professional, but their prices were very reasonable. Being from Virginia, the AC was something I didn’t really deal with often, but since I’ve lived in Laredo, they have made my life nothing but easy. E & E is a company that I fully recommend to anyone that needs immediate and reliable repairs.
They are an amazing company, great service also they are very quick to there job. highly recommend!!!
I encourage you to stay away from E&E AC & Refrigeration. They installed 2 new units so bad that the units do not work like they intended. Also, The configuration of the system are not compatible as installers were not professional. Installation was so poor that i have to use needle nose pliers to change out filter every time because it gets stuck. Edgar the owner is a liar and does not return calls and does not give the service. One of my motors has already burned out and it is not even 3yrs old. Therefore do yourself a favor, do not deal with these people they are very shady and deceptive.
I use E&E at my office and at my home, and I have always had excellent service. The telephone number on this site is incorrect. I had to call a relative of the owner to get the working number, because it was frustrating to not be able to get through. I have let them know so they can correct this.
Great customer service and knowledgeable A/C repair technicians. They got my new trane A/C system running at a 100%. Thanks 👍
El constructor que me está haciendo mi casa contrato a esta compañía y ellos están haciendo un trabajo pésimo en m casa , líneas de extracción de los baños todo mal , las salidas de las tuberías te la dejan en la Fachada de tu casa , el sistema de extracción de los baños todo equivocado , instalaron mal la tubería de el gas Freon , no lo recomiendo no saben lo que hacen
