DO NOT USE. This is the second time that they said they were going to come and they did not come. They had another company call me 4 days after they were supposed to come, and asked if I still wanted someone to come. I do not know how these people conduct business but if they say they are coming that day, or the next day, DO NOT believe them.
All the technicians we've had come to service our furnace and air conditioner have been great! Knowledgeable, friendly and keep at it until they get the job done right. Office staff is the same way when I call for anything. The owner even came out on a call one time with an issue we had. Great all around service!
We are thankful for Mark for coming out last Sunday to help us with our furnace! He did a great thorough job and had our furnace up and running very quickly. Answered all the questions we had. Great service!
I contacted Sun Heating & Cooling when the previous company was a no show for scheduled appointments. My air was not working. The office was flexible in scheduling so I did not have to take time off from work. The technician called prior to his arrival and was on time. He was very professional and explained everything along the way and did not rush through the repair. The AC unit is running smoothly once again! Highly recommended.
I don't often go out of my way to write a review, but this company is really exceptional. My wife complained to me that overnight the ac seemed to start blowing out warm air instead of cold. I called Sun Heating & Cooling and spoke with the owner, who said he'd be able to have a technician come to our home the same day. Just a few minutes later Timothy the technician called to say he was in route. He arrived and was really friendly and helpful. He took his time and explained the problem. He got on the roof and brought back down the part that had gone bad, it was nice to see it and have it explained to me. It turned out to be an easy fix and we were cooled off in no time. Cant say enough good things about SMW.
The entire process of getting our new air condition, furnace and water heater was exceptional. The knowledge, expertise, product and installation was exceptional. the technicians were great guys. They worked hard to get our project done within 48 hours. We really appreciated how genuine they were. I would highly recommend Sun Heating & Cooling.
Sun Heating & Cooling technician arrived on time which was very helpful. Firstly he explained how the keypad worked and provided written instructions. He quickly changed the filter and made sure we understood how everything worked before leaving. It was great to receive a reminder on the different temperature settings for the seasons. A great service. Thank you!
Sun Heating & Cooling came out because our heater wasn't working properly. They were able to schedule us for a diagnostic visit immediately. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed our problems and fixed the issue on the same day. Our heater is now working great, never realized that we have probably been wasting energy for years with a heater working sub-par. Absolutely recommend!!!
Our air conditioner started blowing warm air on a hot July Saturday. Tech came out and was very professional, transparent, and informative about the state of our air conditioner and the services he recommended. Couldn't be happier with the service provided and timeliness. I would recommend Sun Heating & Cooling to anyone seeking service.
I've known Sun Heating & Cooling for years. His company is my "go to" HVAC contractor for anything I need for my personal residence or my income properties. Honest, Fair and Reliable. They deliver quality product and excellent service above and beyond the call of duty. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The chimney cleaning workers were on time, very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. The suggestions they made for other duct cleaning services were very helpful. Their prices were affordable and the quote they provided after a quick assessment was reasonable. and I would recommend them again and again.

Timothy was amazing. He clearly explained direct vs warranty costs and helped us decide on the right option. The office guy was very helpful working with the manufacturer on the warranty. Repair visits were prompt and efficient. Would definitely hire them again.

Timothy and Sun Heating & Cooling have helped my family out twice now and we couldn't be more pleased. Timothy was great with follow up and he arrived on time which is rare in that field. Not only did they respect my time they even put on shoe protectors to come in even though the house was a total mess. They handled themselves with the utmost professionalism and they treated us and our home with respect. I will definitely use them again and I recommend.
They've installed a central air unit with upgrades to my overall HVAC system, a humidifier. A tremendous business from top to bottom. Not only are they fair, knowledgeable, and friendly, they run the business so that it benefits you as well them. Any business should be this pleasant and impressive to deal with.
I must confess Sun Heating & Cooling delivered an excellent service. The technicians were very knowledgeable and ready to answer any and all questions. They were fast and thorough and had the system up and running like new in no time at all. They were honest and up front about their assessment. No hidden charges. Also a big thanks to the technicians who were professional and very knowledgeable about the job and keeping me informed on what was happening. I contacted this company for an appointment and was scheduled for 2-3pm timeframe. I left work and arrived at home to wait for my scheduled appointment. I contacted the company at 4pm asking for an update and was told the technician would be contacting me shortly- if he didn’t call back in 30. I called back 5 more times and was assured a technician would be out by 8pm. It’s now 8:35 and I have yet to hear from a technician. I understand things happen however based on my experience- I would not recommend this company. After waiting 5 hours I was informed I could call other companies ...they didn’t want me to wait, unfortunately I have already waited the majority of my day.
