From my phone call in requesting service, to getting our system back up & running, the customer service was impeccable. There was transparency throughout the entire process and there’s nothing more reassuring than that! As inexperienced home owners, Darryl at Diamondback was knowledgeable & incredibly helpful. Diamondback HVAC will be my only phone call for future service/ issues, and if their HVAC team is any indication to the level of service the entire Diamondback company offers, they will certainly become a household name for us. My dryer vent was a mess but no more! Daryle and partner were ahead of schedule and quickly and professionally cleaned it out! I highly recommend this company!

We had a HVAC tech come out earlier in the week and told us it was a valve that went out and it would be 2-3 weeks to get it done. So this company was HIGHLY recommended by our close friends and Man Oh Man. They showed up on short notice, the tech was AWESOME and he was very thorough. Turned out we did not need that valve BUT there was another problem the tech discovered. So I’m the meantime he gave us coolant to help us get through this heat and we are scheduled for repairs later this week. Great Job Diamondback!!
Fast and reliable, got out to see me the very next day and took care of all my AC issues. They came highly recommended and it's easy to see why. This company will be my go-to for AC needs going forward.
Great company! AC had went out and tech was 2 hours early(which was awesome)! Tech swiftly diagnosed problem, let me know that it would be a warranty repair and got us cooling quickly. Highly recommend to anyone!

So thankful! I called first thing in the morning. I was put on the schedule immediately. The office professional, who assisted me and getting everything set up was amazing. The technician was great and quick. I feel really relieved knowing that my AC unit is functioning especially in this heat. Being seen without a week wait time was definitely a plus. The technician being here early and done so quickly made it even better. I could not be more thankful.
Rep went above and beyond the call of duty tonight after hours to take care of my family and get our AC unit up and running again.
Our AC went out on Saturday afternoon. I called Diamondback at 4:30. The technician, Paul, arrived and had us up and running by 6:30! We love Diamondback and will continue to use them in the future.

The representative was awesome. He showed up in a timely manner. Did a great job checking and doing preventive maintenance on my system. Additionally, he answered all my questions and gave me some useful tips regarding balancing the AC across my home. My example... My childs bedroom is in the opposite corner of where my thermostat is and upstairs, so his room would get really warm especially the latter part of the day as the sun would just beat-down on that corner of my home for hours. The thermostat, essentially, wasn't providing the same output to the room as it was at the core of my home e.g. my downstairs living room where my thermostat is located. Overall, I have zero complaints and will continue using Diamondback in the future. Thank you Diamondback!!
I called after business hours and was able to get a next day appointment for an AC issue as 100° weather had began. Darryl (Tech) called me and was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a blown capacitor, had the correct size in stock on his truck, and had us back to cooling in less than and hour. He was polite and didn’t offer unnecessary repairs/upgrades. He even performed our Preventative Maintenance on the rest of the system before he left. Very satisfied.
