Very impressed called sat. Am with a cooling problem Gary showed up within a hour and had it diagnosed and repaired and working within an 1 1/2 couldn't be more pleased. Excellent service. Highly recommend for all A/C and Heating problems!!

Gary was professional, put shoe slippers on before entering my home. Made sure we understood everything he was doing and answered our questions. He also was very polite/ friendly. I definitely will have this company come back in the spring for my HVAC maintenance. Thank you
HMS is a good company, run by honest people. They came out when they said they would and did what they said they were going to. They were up front about any potential surprises and made sure we understood what was going on. We'd recommend them and use them again.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Gary Hays did an amazing job fixing my A/C - not only did he fix the unit, but he took time to explain to me what was going on, things to do to keep the A/C running good and offered further service if needed. I am so happy that I made the call. Wonderful staff! Wonderful company! HMS Heating & Air gets 2 thumbs up and 10 stars!

I had very good experience with HMS Heating and Cooling. My central A/C was non functional and the coils needed to be replaced. Parts were unavailable and Gary went the extra mile to find the parts and do the repair. Much appreciated as temps were triple digit for past month.
Gary was very professional and provide me in detail the necessary steps it would take to complete the service provided. Very easy to work with I recommend HMS Heating and Air Conditioning they do an awesome job you won't be disappointed.
I was in desperate need for service as my A/C wasn’t cooling enough. I had called a couple of companies prior to calling HMS and they were booked for the whole week. I found HMS on google with excellent ratings so I did not hesitate to call them. Gary listened to my problem and sent a tech right away. Derek the tech, I believe that was his name was very professional and knowledgeable. He even called me and offered to bring me a coffee because he was at the gas station filling up the tank. How is that for customer service? Anyways, he was very honest and explained to me the possible outcomes before starting to work on my A/C. It is hard to find honest people in this industry but Gary and his company are the real deal!! I am sticking with HMS for all my A/C needs from now on!!
HMS was super responsive when we were being told by others it would be a week to schedule service HMS came out the same day and quickly fixes the issue. Their technician was professional and knowledgeable and I recommend them to anyone needing service.

Our AC has been struggling the last few days and then yesterday (ironically the hottest day if the week) the AC stopped blowing cold air and the house at night was sitting at 82 degrees. With a two year old and four year old both sweating in bed I was stressed because the soonest the first two people could come by that I spoke with was Monday and it's Friday night! I called Gary and he said no problem, and came over at 10:30pm to check it out. He fixed it in about 20 mins and no issues! His pricing was very fair, especially given the last minute and late night call. Will definitely be using him again for repairs and he even has a very competitive maintenance plan. Thank you Gary!
Wonderful experience with HMS! My A/C went out on Saturday and another contractor was to service the following Monday through Home Warranty. The other contractor (NOT HMS) could not service due to an improper install leaving me stranded without repairs. Called several other companies-all too busy and had to schedule me a week out. I called HMS and Gary took time out of his busy day to come out the same day just to check it out. He ended up getting the repairs done in such a quick turn around during the hottest weeks so far. Without HMS I would still be sweating in my house. Amazing staff, great integrity, and quick, efficient execution. Highly recommend!!
I recently got my AC serviced as whomever installed the system in my house to begin with messed up so my 410a system had an R22 txv installed. After calling around for some quotes I decided to go with HMS heating and air and I'm glad I did they were very courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, professional, friendly and had very fair pricing. If I have any future AC needs I know who I'll be calling.

I have had this company's maintenance service on for several years. They are efficient and thorough. My unit is over 15 years old. This company has managed to keep it running at its best with little burden on my finances. For someone like myself on a fixed income in a time of cost rising so quickly, it is a blessing to me. Yes I would recommend this company without hesitation. Respect, honesty, and integrity are the words to describes this company.
