Bad work…had to call Kerrville plumbing.. They had to take out the Bosworth stuff And start all over.

May 2021 …Very impressed with Boswell’s 2 AC techs Nice guys Will use again… June 2022 We last night with guests coming we realize the upstairs AC isn’t working.. called the 24/7 after hours number and Justin arrived and diagnosed the issue Cleaned coins and added “Freon”… the guests with 2yr old were able to have a nice cool night Thank you Bosworth Co. and Justin… You guys are the best …!!!!
Juan came out when he said he was going to. Diagnosed entire system quickly and determined it was a wiring issue. Ran a new wire from attic to unit outside. Secured new wire with ties and ran it neatly. He did all of this with a smile on his face despite it being a very hot memorial day weekend, Saturday night. Cost was beyond fair for the circumstances. You have my business.
Justin was service technician on this call. He is very knowledgeable and professional while being pleasant, friendly, and polite. Job was thoroughly and speedily done.

Kenneth and the Bosworth Company Kerrville Location has stepped up and did what was right. They plumbed an entire office and apartment for me and have been consistently professional, respectful and timely. Sometimes things don’t go as planned but they put their customers first. I do not make a lot of recommendations unless it’s worthy. These guys will continue to have my business and I happy to recommend them.
I had a faulty thermostat and Cory replaced it with a better one. My capacitor was also drained down and he replace that too. He was on time and the price was right.
Main outside cooling fan motor had bearing failure. The tech confirmed problem. He returned next day and installed new motor.
Had water heater replaced
Avoid this company like you would the Plague. We had dealings with them for years until this past Fall when the check we paid them with bounced. It bounced not because of insufficient funds, but because the company that printed them misprinted the routing number. Instead of simply calling us (we’ve been as I said a customer for years) Bosworth sent us to a collection agency that began a 4 month period in which my elderly husband became actually SICK with worry from the threats we were getting from the collection agency. This continued AFTER we paid by money order. All of this could have been easily avoided if Bosworth had simply picked up the phone and called us the day the check bounced and had treated us like the long time customer we were.

This company was awesome! I had a broken pipe in my yard. They came out and it was fixed within 2 hours after I called. Will definitely use them again! Thanks Danny!
Heating system was not working. He determined the thermostat was not working and replaced it.
