We had issues with our outside A/C unit not running and with it being the start of summer, that was going to be quite a burden. The company was sent through our home warranty. They were at our house less than 24hrs after we filed our claim. Victor Juarez was the tech who came over and he was very knowledgeable and professional! He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in under an hour! I was almost ready to cancel my home warranty contract last year after the last A/C company they sent over but this business definitely made up for it. Thank you! Will definitely recommend you to others!

Two years after my newly installed York unit was installed by AT, I was informed by the AT repair tech that it needed repair to the heat pump which required brazing the copper tubing. The York installation manual describes specific procedures for brazing, and states that “serious service problems” and “heat damage” can result from non compliance to their procedures. The tech was not aware of the procedures, refused to follow them, and left in an angry huff. I contacted the local York rep who was aware of the procedures and recommended that I find another installer. He also gave me the contact information of a competent installer. I took his advice.
Service was excellent, and price was reasonable! Why does AC always break down in July after hours?? Thank you Ernesto! You were awesome in every way, but especially for coming so late to help me. I will definitely use Airtech again and can highly recommend them!

After changing the motor and almost $1000.00 later. Thr machine heated but we did not find out it did not cool till the summer. They obviously did not check their work They came back and diagnosed a bad thermostat and installed one I provided. The system worked fine after that and another $95.00 until today. We called them and they said they would no longer do business with us because we complained to them for not doing their job. Hello Caliente!

I had been dreading replacing our two AC units. I called Air Tech . They changed my mind. The owner Doug came over explained the different units and the process. Air Tech was great. They replaced both AC units in one day. Their four man crew were professional, friendly and fast. I highly recommend them.

Very poor service. Home warenty used Airtech to replace my AC. It took a while for them to come out and when they did, the job was not done correctly. I've waisted money on energy bills because they failed to seal the connections properly and one of the main ducks became detached from the unit.
Airtech relocated our furnace/air handler from a closet in the hallway to the attic and got our air conditioning working. Excellent customer service, great work ethic and they stand by their work! I have their number saved to my phonr and would highly recommend Airtech to anyone!

I couldn't be more grateful for Cassie and Doug at Airtech!! My grandmother was in desperate need of an A/C repair, and I live hours away from her. Thankfully, they cared enough to make sure her A/C was fixed promptly and for a very reasonable price! It's just nice to do business with people who are honest and actually care about other people!! Even with a newer air conditioner, things are bound to break. What really determines my opinion of a company, is its ability to service the equipment they installed and Air Tech was spot on about getting out to my house and fixing the air conditioner! Thank you Air Tech for your beyond the call of duty service!
