Walter is GREAT! He's so nice and works so hard to take care of you. Top quality every time. I really appreciate the work he's done for me.
Edited in response to the owners response- Poor poor poor customer service, their technician Walt, completed his work and asked me to pay the invoice. He wanted to charge me a fee to haul away the old compressor, I asked him to leave it and I would take care of the disposal, to help me save $80. His response was ”I have to make a dollar some how” which is frustrating because I know the home warranty company compensated for the job. That’s when he insisted that I pay the invoice at the moment, I was in the middle of yard maintenance and told him I would pay it the second I was done. Walt proceeded to pull the fuse to my A/C system leaving my wife and son inside with out air. Then he said once you pay the invoice then you’ll get your air back. I didn’t appreciate his attitude or holding my AC system “hostage” when I told him I would pay. So I quickly paid it on my phone thinking that would resolve the issue, nope Walt sat in his truck for 10 minutes then approached me and asked/demanded how much longer are you going to be. That’s when I informed him that I paid their invoice 10 minutes ago and his response was “oh I didn’t get the notification” then he reinstated the fuse and left. I went to look at the AC unit once he left and found trash that he just left out. I really don’t appreciate the hostility and rude behavior. I really hope this isn’t the norm for this company. Response: thank you for your response although I would have to disagree I do not feel like there was a misunderstanding and you didn’t address any of my concerns except the part about the compressor disposal fee. I would like clarification, do you normally allow your employees or just Walter to bully your customers and be unjustifiably rude to your customers? Is it normal practice to allow employees to repair ac units then hold them hostage and threaten to pull the new compressor(which y’all didn’t pay for and we’re already paid by the home warranty company for install) until the customer pays you w

Walter is super helpful and friendly. Once you're on the schedule, he shows up as scheduled, which I appreciate. He's done an inspection of our HVAC system. Most recently he helped me install 2 new thermostats and get another back online.
Prompt, did their job, left report, no attempt to sell went unnecessary work.

Walter has serviced us twice now for maintenance. This time we also needed him to install a vent. I like that that he is able to communicate electronically. He has always been thorough and informative. He is honest and a good guy to do business with. I would recommend his company and am a loyal customer.
Editing my review because when he came I asked this guy about the emergency a/c draining pipe that was leaking water and he said it is not a problem but he repeatedly told me to call him for maintenance. Now I know why. I sold the house a few days ago and it turns out I had to call a technician to unblock the main pipe and it was a problem for the buyers. I asked a few professionals and they all said the same thing. The emergency pipe should not be leaking water because that means that the main pipe is blocked. Professionals must be honest to earn our business.
Walter did a wonderful and thorough job inspecting our AC and ensuring that it is in working order for summer. He gave me a list beforehand of everything he would inspect. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend!
I enjoy watching his videos. I learned so much about hvac, Walt is a great teacher and would make an excellent instructor. Keep up the good work!!! HVAC PEEPLE!!!

The best HVAC company all round, period. You can't go wrong when calling them (go find a company with a 5 stars rating!!!!). We were glad to be put in touch with Washington A/C & Heating by the warranty company. Walter is simply the nicest, most professional individual I have had the opportunity to deal with. I cannot recommend him enough. EDIT: I insist on the above. Just had a heater issue... on a Sunday (of course). Walter (and his wife Anne) managed to have it fixed the same day, despite my appointment being set for Tuesday. Why? Because he (Walter) knew my kiddos would be a tad cold on that winter night. BEST. SERVICE. EVER. you sure can't go wrong with them. (note: I seldom if ever give 5 stars - if I do it really means I mean it. and if I could, it'd be 10. 20. 50, 100 stars! )
I live in Las Vegas, i watch these videos and i give 5 stars for superb service. Very polite, charges reasonable prices and is very knowledgeable able hvac. Keep popping those videos out. Although I've never had service done, my ac unit feels very happy Everytime it hears me watching these videos😂 I give 10 stars
Excellent quality service . Prompt arrival and knowledgable repair in what seemed like minutes. Luckily , after diagnostics , turned out to be a repairable idem on the spot with part included. RECOMENDED
Walter and James were very polite and professional. Extremely knowledgeable about the issues concerning my Air conditioner, water heater, filters and more. I look forward to hiring them to do the repairs in my home.
