The serviceman was very professional. He replaced the parts quickly and cleaned up after he was finished. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again the next time I need to have my windows replaced or cleaned.
Very happy with their service, I did a lot of research before hiring anyone. They were the most reasonable and honest out of all the other companies. I will be using them in the future for any A/C or heating issues.
I have used this company on and off for the past 1.5 years, sometimes when we have a problem they are responsive and fixed it over the phone. Other times they have missed the appt even though we called them 2 days in advance. I think overall their business model is not designed well just like what other companies use but you can always call them and get an appointment scheduled right away.
Excellent group of installers that did a quality job and were pleasant to work with. You should use this firm for all of your heating and cooling needs, in my opinion.
Called at 11 am to say they would be there in an hour then I called back at 2 and was told their truck broke down I don't see how this is my problem it's yours send someone else , didn't call didn't show up absolutely the worst I would not recommend them or call them ever again
The service tech came to our house to inspect the Heating unit. He was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. He did not try to convince me of buying anything extra. Most of the previous HVAC companies I've dealt with were always pushing additional services, so I really appreciated Steve's attitude. Give these guys a call if you are looking for an honest HVAC team.
Our Church has nine AC units which must be maintained. Thompson Heating and Cooling did that and much more. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am very impressed in all aspects of the work performed and technical advice on equipment given. Would hire them again.
Samson was awesome in every way. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for responding so quickly also! My air went out on one of the hottest days of the year.
