Marcelis was recommended to me by someone who's opinion I trust and he did not disappoint. He arrived within the specified time window and took the time to walk me through what the expected visit would entail do that I had a clear idea of what was expected. I have never done an AC tune up before in my new house and I'm glad that the first person we turned to was Marcelis. He explained what he found during each step of the process and helped me understand how my system worked and how to anticipate different needs moving forward and what to watch out for based on the type of system I have. He gave me a peace of mind that my system was a good system but had some flaws that I needed to pay attention to so I could maximize the efficiency and the cooling of my family's house during the hot Houston summers. I would heartily recommend Marcelis to take care of all your AC and Heating needs as he is not only knowledgeable, but he is professional and makes sure you as a customer are better informed then before his visit. Marcellus, the owner of the business, took my call at 5pm and was at my door by 7pm as we scheduled. He helped me with troubleshooting the installation of a Wi-Fi thermostat and was able to identify a problem I was struggling with for several days within a few seconds. His work ethic as a business owner alone is incredible, working until late evening on a weeknight. With his kind demeanor and technical acumen with HVAC systems, I will be going to him for help any time I need it for as long as he’s in business.
