I shared exactly what's wrong with my unit in the phone before they send the technicians to make sure they know what to expect, yet they come, charge the $89 trip fee, and not fix anything

We had a great experience with Just Fix It. The technician, Chris, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping diagnose our A/C issues. Just Fix It had someone out to our house in a timely manner, with constant notifications on arrival time, making it convenient to plan the day accordingly. I would 100% recommend using them!
