DO NOT HIRE!!! Ed is a crook. His business isn’t even located at this address in La Centerra confirmed by an in-person visit yesterday! He hired uncertified techs to install our new system in April. We have not had a fully operational system since the install. Since the start of the heat wave, our system has stopped functioning. I had to buy a room unit just to keep it at 80 degrees. We have been calling him for weeks to get it working with just basic texts saying “he’s working on it “. Now the house is 85 degrees and climbing. The house is becoming uninhabitable for my pets and ‘my 80 year old father.

Woke up to my downstairs thermostat at 78 with setpoint at 74 so I knew something was wrong. Done Deal was able to come out quickly, only 2.5 hours after I called them first thing in the morning which is very much appreciated when temps are hitting triple digits and got everything fixed up.
We are a commerical business and used Done Deal to help repair the AC. They did a great job, quoted a great price, and everything is working great. Highly recommend them!
Done Deal came to inspect and eventually replace my heater and induction fan. The job had a hiccup as they caused some damage to drywall and woodwork getting the old unit out of the attic. Ed worked diligently and persistently on the follow up to make sure the repairs were satisfactory everything looked good as new. Responsive, professional. I would do business with these guys again.

Mr. Ken serviced my heating system and he did a great job. He explained thoroughly the issue with my heating system and he also provided helpful information to keep my heating system in good working condition.

Ken is the real deal! He came in and diagnosed what was wrong with 10 to 15 minutes. He’s very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. Bottom line is if you have anything going on with your HVAC system Ken is your guy to call!

I had the pleasure of this young man. Ken is so wonderful. My ac went out, and I was in need. My husband normally fixes these things, but he has passed from covid. Ken did a flush on the ac. Provided an extra filter as well. He was very professional.
Ken is wonderful. My apartment wasn't cooling like it was supposed to be. He informed me of the changing of the filters as well putting freon in the a.c. I would highly recommend his service

Great experience using this company. We called other companies and they all wanted to send a sales guy who didn’t know anything about our hvac components. We called done deal and ed gave us a “no hassle price” over the phone. We even added ducts because they made the price so reasonable. Our hvac system is working perfect and we’re saving money on our electric bill. Thanks Ed
