They were so kind and quick to make it happen. Our a/c went out and they moved the schedule around to make sure someone was out the next day to put our new unit in. They were one of the cheapest we found in. I was told it would take 6 hrs and they had it done in less than 4. I would recommend them to anyone.
Seth has been out twice. The second time b/c my husband tried to wire something himself. Seth was kind, helpful, and fast. He is knowledgeable about his trade, gives options and is helpful making decisions. My husband is no longer allowed to touch the a/c we immediately call Seth.

Bryce and Seth were very friendly and very professional. Bryce explained everything they were going to do and both him and Seth did a great job installing the unit. They came at the appointed time and as they worked kept me abreast of their progress. I would recommend Crump A/C and Heating to anyone looking for A/C work.

When we started searching Google when our old AC died back in August, Crump stood out because of their (almost) unbelievably consistent stellar reviews. Their quote was the most reasonable by good measure, they were quick (and friendly) to work with, so our decision to go with them was a no brainer. And even though there were a few early hiccups with our equipment, they were super responsive in addressing our issues. HIGHLY recommend.
We have used Crump a few times, and they have alway been very responsive and professional. They are quick to figure out the problem and fix it on the spot. We also love the communication. They send a photo and tracking of the repairman, so you know exactly who to expect and when. Highly recommend!
This is a company that genuinely cares about helping people, whether they get your business or not. Bryce came to my home for an hvac quote, and gave me so much extra advice on how my system works, how I should maintain it, and even ran some diagnostic tests free of charge just to get a clearer picture of exactly what I would need to replace within my system. I've never had a more helpful and pleasant experience with an AC/heating company.
Always impressed with the excellent knowledge by the technician who comes to service our units. Knowledgeable and experienced, technician takes the time to explain issue of any and give us the realistic options to consider without pushing for more expensive ones only. Also big plus is technician left sites clean (no bits and pieces laying in insulation on ground. We had a small unresolved issue for 2 years with a leaking air handler which had been seen by our old maintenance who just fixed it with a “bandaid” and not understanding the cause, we had two other companies take a look only Crumps found what cause was (air intake form a pvc access pipe that Hs beennadded so we could pour bleach to clear pipes). Highly recommend them. Also am fond of their maintenance program which gives us 10% off repairs if any. They use a great program for scheduling that sends an alert text to give is a precise technician arrival time.
Highly recommend! I’ve used Crump with my place of business, but this was the first time I used them with my personal home and I will not go back to anyone else! Our AC went out over the weekend. My husband (against my better judgement) called someone out who worked on the weekend. They quoted us an astronomical amount of money for the work that was needed. I trusted my gut and reached out to Crump. They emailed me Sunday evening saying they could be there Monday. They showed up on time, was very honest and professional, gave us an honest price. Almost $3k less than the scam artist we first called. We wanted to move forward asap because with two littles, we needed to get the work done. Amber at the office was more than happy to deal with me being *extra* at times. The Crump team came out and installed it the next day to get us up and running and cool again! I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heating repair.
I’ve used Crump A/C for 2 coil replacement jobs in summer 2022, 1 at my mother’s house and 1 at my rental house. On one job they replaced the evaporator coil and on the other job they replaced the evaporator coil & the condenser coil. I met with several HVAC companies before I selected Crump A/C. Seth, Greg, Amber, and the rest of the team at Crump A/C are highly professional, priced competitively, honest, punctual, and most importantly they go above and beyond to ensure that their equipment is installed properly and has the best chance of surviving these brutal Houston summers. I did have some slightly cheaper quotes in regards to pricing, but Crump A/C was similarly priced and the peace of mind I got for paying slightly more for a much more reliable HVAC company was invaluable. These guys/gal offer a superior service at fair prices and they work hard to ensure that they meet customer expectations. Crump A/C will be my go-to for HVAC issues going forward.
I’ve gone through a handful of quick repair AC job companies b/c my unit is older. From the initial reception call to getting my AC working again it was above and beyond. Prices are competitive and quality is there. We’ll be sticking with Crump AC from now. Thanks again.
Called this morning with an A/C issue and was fixed within 2 hours. The techs were great, explained what they were doing, fixed the problem quickly and offered a preventative maintenance solution as well. Highly recommend Crump AC Repair & Heating

They took a while to finally come out to fix our ac and had to come out twice, but the technician was very professional and helpful. Happy with the repairs done.
We had called and received 4 other quotes to repair. Crump's estimate was for the same materials and installation as the others but much less in price. 10 year warranty and a professional install. Money isn't always the issue. But when you can get the same quality and services for less........that's a deal.
Bryce came out and had impeccable customer service and had my AC fixed in no time! I would highly recommend him!
