Grate work and quality would definitely recommend them for all ac work
Ken from Cool-Leo was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He called to give an eta and was on time, very friendly and worked efficiently. I have used this company for several jobs on several homes abs they are the best! If you want it done for a fair price and done right, call Cool-Leo!
Reggie was scheduled to be here between 5-7 and showed up right at 5pm promptly. He was quickly able to assess our problem, and explain to us all the options available to us. He is super friendly and very personable. Great customer service! And he’s fixing the issue TODAY! Hands down he made this a great experience!! Thanks Reggie!

A/C went out and they were there within a couple of hours! Stayed until 11pm to get my very old unit back up and running, versus just trying to get me to replace with a new one like most companies would. Unbelievable service and saved me a ton of money. Can’t ask for better.
They came highly recommended so I took a chance and called. Hunter came and immediately made us feel at ease. He was very professional, knowledgeable and chill may I add! I needed that combo because this was a very stressful situation. My system was severely outdated. He assessed the issues and presented us with options. Never ever was he pushy or aggressive with the services they offer and I appreciate that. He and his team went over and above what we could have asked for. Oh and the staff when u call to set an appointment, they are just as professional and kind, they followed up during the process to make sure all our needs were being met. A+++ you guys, if you have ANY AC needs please do yourself a favor and call them.

Very professional and friendly. Took photos to share with me about our AC and made suggestions, but not at all pushy to do suggested work immediately. Got my AC up and running for us while considering other options. Highly recommend them for you AC and Heating needs.
Honest dependable reliable straight across they don't cut corners trustworthy
Our AC went out in a house that we rent and our landlord sent someone who was just trying to rush through and very unprofessional. We were told the AC was fixed at 4pm and at 9pm it was still almost 90 inside. Dustin was amazing and and worked so hard to fix where the previous company cut corners and he answered all of our questions. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. 10 out of 10 recommend

Dustin is a very nice person and very helpful. He really seems to know how to handle anything and he knows his job.
Dustin came out on a Sunday to help us with our broken A/C unit. Our unit was 13 years old and wasn’t installed properly. Dustin explained everything and had photos and videos of all of the issues. I didn’t just have to take his word for it, he was able to show me what was wrong. I had a million questions and he was patient enough to answer all of them. His crew came out the next day to install new A/C and heating system. When talking about options Dustin had several, easy to understand, options for us. We had another Katy A/C company come out last year and would only give us one option for replacement which was extremely overpriced. Dustin had tiered options which made it easy for my wife and I to decide what was the best fit for our home and our finances. The crew was very friendly and worked meticulously to finish the job right. Our home feels cooler and cleaner than ever! I would highly recommend Cool-Leo!!

Overall, a wonderful experience. Hunter was extremely professional and did great work. He was on time, found the problem quickly, and repaired the problem within a few hours . We are very happy with this company and the customer service that the provide. We will definitely recommend them to everyone in the future!

Charged us $60 for just a cost estimate for a new AC repair....should have call John Moore.... not good and will not recommend as they never told us there would be a $60 charge for just an install estimate.
